He glances fearfully
Over the edge
Looking down at the
City's streets
He is shocked
Cowering
As he catches sight
Of me
I halt his foreign
Words of wonder
"I know, Alexander"
I'm just as shocked
As he once was
Midst of yellow shining
Hopes
Darkness engulfs
Driveways of
Suburbia
White cars aligned
With little white
Lies
To conquer my
Residence
In dreamscape
"My son?"
"Your son."
As the city of
Lights
Faded before us
All
I was crowned
Guardian Angel
Yet
Destroyer of Peace;
So I conquered.
