He's coming
After you
I am swallowed
As darkness engulfs
All thoughts
I once had
Of you
Forever I will remain
Away at your will
Because I am stricken
By guilt derived
From loving you
Fade away
Fall asleep
Smile as the boys speak
Of possession of you
I know you know
Your worth
To an extent
To the end
I never
Will find myself
Loving you
Again
This is guilt
I will never hurt someone
I once loved
In this way again
I will not steal
Your wealth from
You
For your worth is
Far too valuable
Yet broken
For my interest
Guilty
I take my stand
And my leave
Proud to finally
Have accepted
Shattered fate of
You
Rewind the tapes of time
Sometimes you might
Cross my mind
But overall it has
Since faded
As it was only
Fantasy
I fell for
Never your true
Embodiment
Of what failed
To be
In front of
Me.
