Sorry for the long wait, school is back and that means stress and homework. But, I really wanna finish this book, its fun writing it so here's your part, I may update later as well :D
Karkats POV
By the look on terezis face, I knew this wasn't going to end well. The worst was still to come, how would I deal with my best bro being kismesis with my Matesprit. And yes, I know we don't call girlfriends matesprits but Nepetas quadrant thing kinda sticks to you after a while. Also, the weird looks people give us when we say it are pretty funny. I snapped out of my weird daydream to see everyone in an awkward silence. Gamzee and terezi were just frowning at each other.
"OK, can we sort this out, make a truce" I hold out my hands and step in between the two before they start murdering each other.
Gamzee looked reluctant but focused his attention on me enough to say "not sure that would solve anything karbro".
I sighed and dropped my hands "ok, but terezi, you hate john" I turned to my mateprit,"heck, you nearly killed him".
Terezi shrugged, looking kinda pleased with herself "so?"
"So, its different" she says slowly, carefully like she needed to think through what she was saying so I wouldn't freak out.
To be honest, I kinda hated john as well. But, I also hated Dave so this kismesis thing would never work. Anyway, if I had to pick the person I hated most if would definitely be vriska.once again, I snapped out of my daydream quick enough to see gamzee pull terezi further into I the weoods. I screeched and ran after them, Sollux following hot on my heels.
After about five minutes of running, I collapsed on the floor. I wasn't really the athletic type and I hated any type of running even if it was only the 50m sprint or whatever. I looked around and saw no sign of struggle.
"This is stupid" Sollux lisped.
"Shut up and help me look" I growled.
We searched for another ten minutes until solluxs phone buzzed and he had to go home. Wow, didn't mituna care of terezi went missing. Wait...I stopped Sollux just as he was about yo walk off.
"Don't tell them ok?" I hissed at him, using my puppy dog eyes.
"Dammit kk, I'll tell them you're having sloppy makeouts in the woods" he smirked and walked off.
"Thanks- wait,Sollux no" I sighed, he was already gone.
A little while later my phone rang. I pressed the answer call button and groaned impatiently.
"Yesss?"
"Karkat I just got an important call from porrim. She sounded urgent can you walk terezi home or something?" It was latula.
"Yeah sure"
"Ok, be back before 5, ok?"
"Ok latula" I hung up on her and jogged around the area, taking careful steps.
I heard heavy breathing to my left. Using whatever energy I had left, I sprinted up to see terezi lying on the floor, wheezing. Her hair was messed up and she had scratches down her arms. Clown makeup was around her mouth. Damit gamzee!
"No one has sloppy makeouts with my matesprit but me" I muttered.
"What was that?" Terezi sat up and faced my direction.
"Where's gamzee?" I ask, pulling her into a bear hug.
She winced but managed to say "he ran off when he heard footsteps".
I buried my face in her hair and took in a shaky breath "this is so messed up, I need to talk to him".
"I just wanna go home" she sighed.
I stood up and took her hand "come to my place to get cleaned up" I insisted.
She nodded and followed me back to my place, putting on her pointy red glasses and tapping her cane aomng the concrete path.
