Karkats POV
OK, last day of school with Terezi until she leaves. She promised she'd keep in touch but I know long distance relationships don't work out. Maybe I can move to France in a couple of years. Yeah but by that time, I'll most likely be broke. I sigh and grab my bag. I'm about to walk out the door when kankri stops me.
"Are you sure you're alright now?" He asks, concern on his face.
"Yes I'm fine" I growl and try to push past him.
He tightens his grip on my shoulders until I wince.
"Maybe you should go back next week" he turned me around.
"I'm fine!! And this is the last day I'll be with Terezi" I shout angrily, powering past him and slamming the door behind me.
I walk slowly to school, not caring if I was late or not. My head hurt and my eyes kept dropping from the lack of sleep.
When I finally trudged through the school gates, I could see Terezi disappearing into the building. I power walk over to the door and pull it open. I look around and spot her red hair. With a small smile and a light blush, I walk over to her and tap her shoulder.
She spins around, her cane hitting my shins., I swear loudly and she hits them again, harder.
"Terezi, its me" he hiss as I drop to the floor and nurse my shins through my trousers.
"I know" she grinned and face down to look at.
"Then why did you whack me in the shins" I he'll out two fingers "twice".
She shrugged innocently "instincts"
"Oh my god Terezi" I stand up slowly, winceing at the pain.
She smirked at me, grabbed my hand and dragged me to form. We sat down together, I got my book out and she just zoned out. I tried to make conversation as I opened my book.
"So, I'm gonna miss you" I start but trail off and shut my mouth, trying not to let tears fall.
"I'll miss you too. I promise I'll come back" she reaches out to grasp my hands.
"Not if I come to you first" I squeezed her hand lovingly.
She smiled sadly at me and let go of my hand.
The teacher then came in, did teacher stuff then let us go early to lessons.
Our first lesson was art. I grabbed the seat next to her.
Our art teacher set out different fruits in front of us.
"OK, draw this fruit as realistically as you can. One between two because someone decided it would be funny if they threw them at teachers"
All eyes tired to vriska who just shrugged, a large smirk on her face.
We got given an apple. I got to work, drawing an outline first then putting in the detailed with red, orange, green and brown coloured pencils. I looked over at Terezi which was looking impressive. It had a lot of red on it but not her than that it looked somewhat like an apple. Sh wasn't drawing very enthusiastically as she usually did. She was slow and had her elwbow propped up on the table, holding her head up. She looked tired.
I looked around in case anyone was looking and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. Vriska whistled at us.
"Its gonna be OK Terezi, you'll have Sollux and you can pesterchum me any time you want" I chuckled"it would be swell if you taught me some basic French".
She nodded "OK, its a deal" she murmured something in French I couldn't quite catch then went back to coloring. I sighed and stared at her unil the teacher poked m and snapped me out of my daydream.
"Get on with your work, its looking good"
I scribbled until the bell went. Another boring lesson went by until it was finally breaktime. Now I could properly talk to Terezi.
BOOM done. OK, so I'll possibly update this tomorrow and that'll be the final part??? Also, I regret being curious. I typed in pinecest in Google images and I regret everything. ANYWAYS, comment what ships you want me to do next. I will even do my NOTPS I guess. Except nepkt, I won't do that, sorry :O
