As soon as I step into the house, kankri is in front of me, a wide smirk on his face and a quirked eyebrow. I stared at him, trying to read his face but got nothing.

"So, where have you been for half the day?" He asked, folding his arms over his chest.

"I was at the park" I grumble, not wanting to tell him the reason I was there for half the day.

"But you said you were at Terezi's" he said, raising both eyebrows.

"Yeah, then I met Terezi at the park. Then she left and I came back here and decided to message her" I groaned, trying to walk past him.

Kankri blocked my only escape route, leaving me with tons of questions I needed to answer.

"Then you went round to help her with homework" he said.

I nodded "Nothing else" I growled, trying to slip past him for the millionth time but he blocked me.

"Ok, I believe you, just confirming" he let me past and walked into the kitchen, grabbing a ready made sandwich, which was originally mine, and sitting down in front of the TV.

I decided to go and pester anyone that was online. I ran upstairs and sat on my bed, opening the lid to my laptop and logging onto pesterchum. I looked at my list of friends, about ten or eleven in total but most of them transferred schools because of the bullying. I saw kanaya's name pop up and realised I hadn't seen her in school for about a week. I decided to pester her.

CG: HEY KANAYA (:B

GA: Hello Karkat

CG: YOU HAVENT BEEN IN SCHOOL FOR A WEEK, ARE YOU OK?

GA: Yes, I'm Just Ill

CG: OH OK, SO WHY HAVENT YOU BEEN ON PESTERCHUM, WE ALL MISS YOU, KANAYA

GA: My Parents Wouldn't Let Me, No Idea Why :(

CG: WOW RUDE, DID THEY TAKE AWAY ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES OF YOURS?

GA: Yup, Pretty Much All Of Them, Sorry About That

CG: YOUR PARENTS SUCK, WHEN IM ILL IM ALLOWED ON MY LAPTOP ALL DAY AND THATS PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ME AS MUCH AS YOURS DO.

GA: That's True, I Guess That's One Good Thing About Your Family, They Let You Get On With Your Life

CG: YEAH, AND QUESTION YOU ON WHERE YOUVE BEEN FOR HALF THE DAY!

GA: At School I Hope

CG: WELL, YEAH, FOR THE OTHER HALF OF THE DAY

GA: I'm Guessing At The Park

CG: YUP, LETS JUST SAY OLDER SIBLINGS SUCK ESPECIALLY IF YOURE RELATED TO KANKRI

GA: Or Porrim :I

CG: THATS TRUE, I FORGOT YOU WERE RELATED TO HER

GA: Well, I'll Be In Tomorrow I Promise

CG: OK, THATS GOOD

GA: I Have To Go, Porrims Back

CG: OK SEE YOU TOMORROW

GA: Yeah, Bye

I sighed and looked through the list of online friends again. Tavros was on, Vriska, Nepeta, Terezi were still on. I resisted the urge to talk to her, not wanting to seem desperate. I scrolled through the list, stopping on Gamzee. Gamzee was on. He was never on. My eyes widened as I knew the reason. He was probably sending death threats to Terezi. They both hated each other but both were good friends of mine. I decided to have a quick conversation with him to ease things down a little.

TC: WhAt, No Hi? :o(

CG: OK, WHY ARE YOU ON?

I flopped down on my bed and looked at the time. I sighed and went downstairs, lured by the smell of food.

After I'd eaten, I went upstairs to check on some things. After that, I fell asleep, dreaming about Terezi.
