Saturday (Bill Weasley)

Chapter Eight

Sitting at dinner, Pandora could feels eyes on her. She knew it was Casen, and she believed Bill told him what had happened. She believed he was probably mad at her for upsetting Bill. When she glanced up and caught Casen's gaze though, she could see what seemed to be concern written all over his face. Obviously she wasn't use to seeing such a face from anyone, other than Nymphadora, so she was a little confused as to why Casen would be concerned about her. Biting her lip, Pandora glanced down the table and caught eyes with Nymphadora and Charlie. The two friends gave the girl an encouraging nod with smiles, causing her to sigh.

"Bill, can I talk to you?" Pandora asked, turning to her redheaded friend.

"I guess." He replied, glancing up at her.

"Good, come with me." She said, grabbing his hand to pull him with her.

Bill passed Enzo over to Casen, before he followed Pandora out of the Great Hall. He wasn't sure what was going to be said, so he didn't want Enzo around just in case things became tense or heated--not in a good way.

"So, before you even begin, I'm going to tell you that I'm ok with the fact that you don't fancy me. I mean, I probably messed up this friendship a little bit, if I'm honest. I bet I made everything awkward, and I'm sorry if I did. Please don't hate me for throwing this on you so fast, especially when I knew you didn't really know how all of this worked, and--" Bill rambled, before Pandora cut him off.

"Bill!" She exclaimed, causing him to go quiet,"I do have to agree that it was a little awkward at first, but it was mostly me. I'm awkward when it comes to any situation, since I've never really been through any of it before," She commented, sighing quietly,"I don't hate you, it's the opposite actually. I was unsure before, only because I haven't felt anything for anyone my entire life, but honestly Bill, I do fancy you. I'm not sure how this all works, but I do really fancy you, Bill Weasley." She said, making Bill smile.

"You-you actually fancy me?" He asked,"you're not just saying that to make me feel better, are you?"

"No, Bill, I'm not just saying that, I do fancy you. We'll just have to take everything slow. I've never fancied anyone before, so each step we go through will be a learning process for me. Please don't get upset with me if I'm a little slow with everything." Pandora said, and Bill simply smiled again.

"I understand, and we can take it at your  speed." He replied, causing her to smile shyly as well.

Hesitantly, Bill reached forward and grasped Pandora's hand in his, as the two waited for Casen to come out of the Great Hall with Enzo. As soon as Casen came out, Bill and Pandora headed his way, the two still holding hands as they walked over to him. Casen handed Enzo to Pandora, before he even realized Bill and Pandora were holding hands. When Pandora took Enzo though, Casen realized that the two had been holding hands, causing the boy to gasp.

"Does this mean you and Pandora are going on a date this weekend?!" Casen asked, his voice low, but was still full of excitement. 

Believe it or not, Casen had believed Bill and Pandora would be great together, even before he had really become close friends with Pandora. He knew she was a sweet person, and he knew Bill and Enzo deserved someone as sweet as Pandora in their lives. He just wondered how Bill's parents would react to the boy getting a girlfriend, especially after having a baby so young.

"Yes," Bill replied, looking over to Pandora for a nod of confirmation,"we'll be going on a date this weekend." He replied, causing his friend to smile bigger.

Hearing the words leave Bill's mouth made Pandora's belly erupt with butterflies. She knew it was real, but for some reason, hearing the words from him made everything even more real.

"Let's get back to the common room. I have a feeling Charlie wants to interrogate us." Bill said, as he seen the smile his brother was sending him.

Bill placed his hand on the small of Pandora's back, as the three friends walked towards the Gryffindor common room. Pandora didn't know much about dating or things like that, so she planned to talk to Nymphadora before the date was supposed to happen. If she didn't talk to Nymphadora, she knew she'd mess everything up.

"So, everything sorted?" Charlie asked quietly, as he sat down across from Pandora.

"Yes, thank you." She replied, before Charlie decided to engage in conversation with Bill.

As the group talked, Oliver and Percy came running over. The two boys squeezed on to the couch with Bill and Pandora, practically forcing Bill on the complete other side of the couch.

"Excuse me boys," Bill began,"What do you think you're doing?" He asked, crossing his arms.

"We're getting help with our homework, Bill." Oliver answered, smiling innocently.

"If that's the case, why not sit across from Pandora to have a better look at your work?" He asked, causing his little brother to scoff.

"Just because you want to sit next to her, does not mean we have to have problems with our homework." Percy retorted, making Bill scoff as well.

"You two just want to sit next to her because she smells nice and you have crushes on her." He jokingly retorted, causing the two boys to blush.

"We'll get your help later." Oliver murmured, before he and Percy stood up and ran off.

"Bill!" Pandora playfully scolded, causing the boy to smirk.

"I knew that would run them off," Bill said, causing the girl to narrow her eyes at him,"They have a crush on you, Pans, what do you expect from me? I have to assert dominance early, or they'll keep flirting." He commented, causing Pandora to roll her eyes.

"They're twelve!" She exclaimed, as her friends laughed.

Pandora felt herself smile as well, thinking about how calm she felt with her friends. She wondered if it would actually stay this calm and happy forever...

A/N: I hope you guys liked this chapter. I have been going through some things recently, which has kept me from updating. I'm sorry, but I feel like I'll be updating some more soon.
