Slowly over the next few months, Tony had gravitated to nearly living at Pepper's house. Neither had acknowledged it until one day Morgan spoke up.
"Daddy, do you live here now?" Both had frozen in midair. Tony turned to Pepper his eyes full of hesitance. Pepper merely smiled at her daughter
"Do you wanna go put something on the tv Momo you can pick?" Morgan nodded gleefully skipping out of the kitchen.
"Do I live here?" Tony asked his voice breaking. Pepper met his gaze nodding with a tearful look
"If you want." Tony broke into a grin pulling her into a hug.
"Mommy! Daddy! Auntie Yelena's on tv!!!!" Tony and Pepper quickly raced to where their daughter was. Pepper's jaw dropped seeing the tv screen in front of her.
"Shit," Tony said dropping down next to Morgan.
"Shit!" Morgan gleefully responded skipping out of the room before Pepper could scold her. Pepper took a seat next to Tony and as if on cue her phone rang. Steve.
"Hi Steve," Pepper said putting the phone on speaker.
"Hi." He said weakly "Did you here?"
"Yup," Tony said. Yelena had tried to take her weapons to Russia but had gotten arrested at the airport.
"What's going to happen?" Pepper asked.
"Were not sure." Steve admitted, "Kate and Nat are heading to the police station now I'm going to grab Lucky and then meet them there."
"Bring us to Steve," Pepper said quickly.
"How's Nat doing?" Tony asked concern growing for her.
"And Kate," Pepper added.
"To be honest I don't know." Steve said, "She's been stonefaced since she heard the news but I wouldn't put it past her to cover her emotions from us."
"What's wrong?" Morgan said startling her parents.
"Nothing Morg." Steve's voice spoke quickly.
"Why was Auntie Yelena on tv?" Morgan asked.
"She did something really good." Steve quickly thought up "So they put her on tv." Morgan nodded as though it sounded probable
"I can't wait to tell all my friends that my Auntie went to jail!" Pepper's jaw dropped as Morgan skipped away
"That little stinker," Pepper said gasping out a laugh.
"Shit," Tony said.
"Shit indeed," Pepper responded.
"Language!" Steve scolded "I'll pick you up in thirty minutes."
"I can't wait to visit jail!" Morgan's voice rang through the house.
"Maybe we should've had a son instead," Toyn suggested.
"I heard that!" Pepper chuckled at the two's similarities. Like father like daughter
