...And here's another update, some of my readers can't catch up on their reading, I am so sorry about that. "Happy birthday Harry" Ace date "Trisha" greets his father in a flirty way then she greets his mother, Lucinda show a snob face but Trisha ignore it.

"Happy birthday Dad" Ace greet his father after he kissed his mother. "What are you guys doing here outside?"

"We are waiting for your dad's special guest." Lucinda answered, Trisha felt flattered.

"Oh, that is so sweet; I never thought I would be that special." Trisha wrapped her arms around Ace. "Isn't your parent's sweet?"

Before Ace can answer he heard his father said:

"Oh, here she is." Harrison winked at his son.

A car park in front of the Merrill's, Harrison opens the door and welcomes his special guest.

Ace was really surprised, it was Alex Santos, and she's so elegant on her red evening gown. Her hair is neatly braided like on that day of their wedding. She's wearing an evening make-up that really suits her.

 AND SHE'S WEARING A RED LIPSTICK!

'Andrew...that son of a b****' Ace thought.

Alex greets Lucinda, then she turn to Ace's date. Harrison introduces her to Trisha.

"It's really a pleasure meeting a famous person like you." Alex smiled sweetly.

'She's good' Ace told to himself.

Then Alex turns to him and said:

"Hello Ace, how are you?"

'She's really good, and she's annoyingly sexy.' Ace again only told that to himself.

 He gave Alex a very timid smile, and then he wrapped his arms to his date. Alex didn't seem bothered, she smiled even brighter.

'Oh, so you finally got over me huh?' Ace wants to scream on Alex face but what's the point.

"Shall we go inside?" Lucinda said.

And they all went inside.

Ace never took his eyes off Alex; He wondered how Alex managed to put that comfortable act. While he is so bothered with her presence, 'she looks really beautiful, how did it happen? Is there someone new in his life?' the thought keeps on pounding in his mind.

Alex talks and gave her famous smile to every guest his parents introduced to her. The kind of smile Ace longed for Alex to give him, the kind of smile he loves about her the most. And now she has it, and he's not the reason of that smile and Ace doesn't like that idea.

"Who does she think she is?" Trisha shows some disgust over Alex.

"She used to be the daughter in law." Ace smirks.

"Oh, really is that why..."

Ace nods, when Trisha look at Alex he can't help but slightly shakes his head. Trisha is beautiful and famous yes, but she's the perfect example of senseless beauty, not really a clever person. Every time he's with this woman he got bored, time flies really slow, unlike with Alex there was always challenge with that woman and now he found that "challenging Alex" again.

With regards to Trisha he was just going along, Ace knows time will come his relationship with Trisha will come to an end and he have a feeling that moment will be tonight. But to his despair, Trisha seems okay with Alex presence; she seems okay with his attention focused to Alex let alone his parents. And he can't take Trisha anymore.

"Trisha, can I ask you something?"

"Yeah, sure" Trisha smiled at her in a flirty way and Ace hates that. Trisha looks really cheap when she does that.

"Do you love me?"

Trisha laughs.

"Are you kidding, I mean you're kidding right?"

Ace shrugged his shoulder and said:

"I'm just curious?"

"You're good looking and rich Ace, not to mention the sex is great but c'mon darling...I have a career, I mean...we are just having fun!"

Ace smiled, he sighs with relief and said:

"Great, I'm not having fun at all."

"What do you mean?"

"I think it's about time we think of our future." Ace looks at Alex "And I'm looking at mine right now."
