The bespectacled raven boy waits by the rose garden, in the middle of it all in the unused gazebo. A place no student in Ouran knew of but him and the rest of the Host Club.

The roses were mended and nurtured daily by the school's trusted gardeners, ensuring that each rose was at its full bloom, appealing and attractive to the eyes of whoever roams the gardens.

Kyouya couldn't be any more relieved with the entire scenery's presentation. It looked grand and yet very simple at the same time. Like the way she is. The way Nodoka carries herself. Simple yet grand.

He drifts off, thinking about the scene that will later unfold. What would Nodoka's reaction be towards him? Would she be shocked? Would she be angry? Would she be awkward? How will their relationship carry on once she finds out that he is Anon? Will she cut ties with him once she finds out?

With Nodoka being the kind woman she is, she can only react in two ways: it's either she stay or run away.

But Kyouya knows that there is no room for doubts. Not until she follows all the clues and is standing there, right before him in all of her bewildered glory.

Once she sees you, just be casual. Don't scare her away.

He'll just have to wait and see.

"I can't do this." Nodoka says.

"Of course you can! You're already here, aren't you?" Haruhi says with a frown, trying to reassure the girl.

"I... I can't go." she shook her head. "At least, not without you."

"Hey," Haruhi coos. "I thought you can go through a lot of things without anyone helping you?"

"Sorry, have I troubled you?"

"N-No," Haruhi shrieks, waving her hands. "But you see, this is for you to know. I was merely guiding you. You're going to find things out for yourself."

"I can't do it!" Nodoka protests.

"That's what you think." Haruhi says. "Listen to me," she commands, making Nodoka look at her in the eye. "There's this thing that's stopping you. It's the doubts that come running through your head. But believe me, it's just a block that you will soon overcome once you realize that there is something wonderful waiting for you in there." she points to the entrance of the rose garden. A place where Nodoka never got the chance to enter.

Nodoka's lavender hues glance at the entrance before looking at Haruhi, "But I don't know who's in there. H-He might not like me. I might not be who he's expecting me to be, I'm boring, I'm poor, I'm anti-social, I'm melodramatic, I'm-"

"But he thought otherwise." Haruhi says, stopping Nodoka from speaking.

Nodoka looks at Haruhi a good 5 seconds before she glowers and looks at her feet on the ground, "Like I said, he might not like me." she murmurs. "I can't do this." she sighs.

Haruhi frowns, placing a hand on Nodoka's shoulder, making the auburn haired girl look up, "If you could just forget about the negative - don't think about the positive either. All I'm saying is, stop thinking and just do what you have to do."

"What am I supposed to do?" Nodoka asks.

"Go in there. Fearless." Haruhi says, smiling. "Sometimes the best way to be fearless is when you don't know what will come out of it." and see where it takes you.

With a pat in the back and Haruhi's advice in mind, Nodoka inhales a large chunk of breath before entering the rose garden.
