Everyone's been really kind to her so far. Even Eloise has been a very great boss. 

She became the Host Club's maid and it was quite easy to adapt to her new environment. Everyone treated her nicely and made sure that even if she had the title of a maid, she wouldn't feel the slightest bit downgraded. Save for Tamaki and Hani-senpai who constantly bug her on how adorable she is. 

All in all, she's comfortable even with a huge amount of people who surround her. Until the twins asked a stupid question.

"Nodoka, where do you live?"

She nearly dropped the broom she had in hand when either Hikaru or Kaoru spontaneously asked her the dreaded question. One of the dreaded questions, actually, "um... uh..."

The twins both shrug, "come on. I know you're a commoner like Haruhi and all-" 

"Hey!" said 1st year exclaims, offended.

"But at least tell us where you live." the other between the two finished.

"Well, we did make it to Haru-chan's house once. It was very cute!" Hani-senpai commented.

"I-it was?" Nodoka stuttered. Haruhi lived just how many doors down from theirs. In fact, she was one of the people who helped her get over her incidents with her gruesome mother. 

"We should go to Nodoka's house!" Tamaki suggests, lavender eyes sparkling. 

Luckily for her, Haruhi was quick to disagree with their idiocy. She knew about Nodoka's secrets and she didn't want any of the boys infiltrating her personal bubble.

"She has no time for this. You must understand that she needs her personal space! You can't just suggest something and think that the approval would be that easy to get!" Haruhi sneers, venom practically seeping through her words.

"Haruhi is so scary!" Tamaki shivers.

"I may not know a thing or two about Nodoka but I'm pretty sure that she wouldn't like a bunch of goofballs sitting around in her living room." Eloise adds, walking into the room the same time as Kyouya. "You guys are too much of a handful, and as her boss, I must see to it that she is well taken care of and free from harm." 

"But we're harmless!" Tamaki cries. "There's no way we'd hurt precious Nodoka!"

"Killjoy." the twins mutter at the same time, bummed.

"And for once, Eloise is right." Kyouya responds.

"Just what are you implying here?" Eloise echoes in the background, but Kyouya brushes her off. 

"Nodoka clearly disagrees with what you plan as "house warming", therefore, I've deduced that none of you hooligans will be staying there. All right?" Kyouya smiles. 

"Yes, Kyouya." the twins sighed defeatedly.

"Mommy, why must you do this?!" 

"Just listen to him for fuckk's sake!"

"MOMMY! ELOISE IS USING DIRTY WORDS AGAIN!" 

"Jesus Christ."

As much as Nodoka wants to show her amusement with the whole club in front of her, she can't help but wonder about a certain raven.

Kyouya usually ignored her, only asking for a cup of tea at least once or twice in a day and with the way he so subtly helped her back there was enough to make her think that maybe he didn't hate her all that much. 

(That's what she first thought of when they met). 

Either way, Eloise's speculations can't be correct. There's no way Kyouya or Tamaki or any of the twins for that matter would be that anon. Right? 

Right?

anyway, i'm starting to get over my loss now. thank you so much to everyone who gave their insights and lifted my spirits up for the better. you guys are the best.

i need a little help with my... works though. written conversations is coming to an end. (let's accept the reality, darlings.) meaning there's space for another book. i thought of publishing an akashi seijuro (knb) ff once wc is over or if i post it tomorrow. 

i'm paranoid that someone thought of the same plot or some parts will be similar with other ffs so i want to get it out a little earlier but meh hopefully tell me what i should do lol
