Arthur POV
"Come on Elijah, I think we're done here." I said as I walked away, heading towards the dining hall's entrance.
"I did say he would wipe the floor with you." Elijah mocked the now ridiculed student with his pants still at his ankles.
As we reached the exit I turned towards Elijah.
"You go back to the room, I've got some business to attend to."
"What? No way, you still have some explaining to do, remember?" He retorted, stiffening his brow.
"I'll tell you everything you want to know, but this is something I need to do."
"Ugh, fine. But you better not take too long!" He said looking over his shoulder, walking away.
"Alright Princess, I'm coming"
I walked along the exterior wall of the dining hall, and as I turned the corner, I found her. Gunmetal hair flowing with the light breeze, shining green eyes reflecting the pale moonlight. True elegance and beauty in a singular form.
I couldn't help but blush a little at the sight as I walked up and leaned against the wall next to her.
"You know I could've dealt with the three of them, right?" I said as I looked over to her.
"I know, but this way you got out before anyone else brought you in." She said, looking at me with a smile.
"Did... did you just bait me to get out here and come see you?"
"*giggles* I guess you can still see right through me, huh?"
"If there's someone I know everything about, it's you Tess." I said, a light red tint in her cheeks.
"And yet, you get more mysterious by the day Mr. Leywin."
"It's in my blood." We both chuckled. "Oh right, I meant to ask you. When is gramps going to be visiting next?"
"In about a week. He said he wanted to check up on his 'old friend', and see how we were doing"
"Great. Once he arrives, I'll have a gift for you." I winked.
She immediately shot up, excited as a child on christmas morning.
"Really?! What is it? Can I not have it now?" She beamed at me, now only inches away from me.
I put my hands on her shoulders to give myself space to breathe.
"I suppose I could tell you what it is, bu-"
And just as we were having such a nice moment, someone has to ruin it.
"Rodent! What do you think you are doing?!" Clive walked up to us, swatting my hands away from Tessia as he pushed me away.
"*sigh* Great timing Clive. What do you want. I don't really have time for you right now?" I said with a monotone voice.
"Is this how you treat your superiors, and a member of house Graves no less?!" His face bright red with anger, spitting as he shouted.
"Clive! Stand down, you know nothing of the situa-" Tessia tries, but fails to contain him.
"You dare lay a finger on the President? You do not even deserve to be within ten feet of her, you bottom dweller!"
"As I said, I have no time for you, see you tomorrow Clive." I said as I attempted to walk away.
Key word: Attempted
Clive then gripped my shoulder as he let out some killing intent. "WE ARE NOT DO-"
I was sick of him. Before he could finish his sentence, I grabbed his arm and flung him over my shoulder, his back hitting the floor. He was out cold, throthing from the mouth.
