After the rally in Eastern Samar, Risa and Leni went on their separate ways to campaign for themselves. Risa, as usual goes to different provinces and holds townhall meetings with different sectors while Leni on the other hand goes to different provinces to hold her team's rallies.
It has been weeks since they last saw each other and Leni is looking forward to see her bestfriend again.
Jorge was scrolling on her instagram when Leni entered the van.
"Hello ma. Ready?" Jorge greeted her mom
"Ready nak." Leni said
"Wala po pala si Mama Risa ngayon." Jorge said
Leni's facial expression changed upon hearing it.
"Saw it on her ig. She's in Bulacan doing market runs and townhall meetings." Jorge continued
"I see." Leni said in a disappointed tone
"I miss her and Honti already." Jorge said
"Hindi ba kayo nagcha-chat o nagvi-video call ni Anje?" Leni asked
"We do, ma but of course, iba ang bond namin if we are in the rallies together. Ate Dea is also with Ate Aiks naman ngayon since she's assigned to her." Jorge replied
"You can tour the province while I am having my sorties, anak." Leni told her daughter
"No ma, I am coming with you. I want to be with you always. Ganoon po ako ka-clingy." Jorge said and cling on to her mom's arms
"Naglalambing na naman ang bunso ko. Anong kailangan mo?" Leni asked
"Grabe naman si mama, kapag naglambing may hihingin agad? Hiling ko lang na manalo ka sa eleksyon." Jorge said and laid her head on her mom's shoulder
"Let us hope for the best, nak." Leni said
After that, they went to sorties together. They concluded their day at the old Tagbilaran City Airport.
Upon arriving at the old airport, Leni could not believe that despite of the local officials not supporting their team, 60,000 Boholanos showed up to show their support for them.
"Ma, ang dami pong tao despite of the local officials not supporting you." Jorge told her mom
"Kaya nga anak. Nakakaguat ang suportang ipinapakita ng mga tao." Leni said
"Sayang lang talaga at hindi po kumpleto ang Tropang Angat." Jorge said in a sad tone
"Hinahanap mo na naman ang mama Risa mo. Mukhang mas nami-miss mo yata siya kesa sa akin ah." Leni teased her daughter
"Kasi ma, medyo attached na rin po ako kay Mama Risa kasi biruin mo, she is there sa times na I am at my lowest." Jorge answered
"At ako wala?" Leni asked
"No ma. You are always there pero nakakatuwa lang kasi na kahit hindi ko siya kaanu-ano, she is always there for me too, she always got my back, and yours." Jorge explained
"Baka mamaya niyan, ipagpalit mo na ako kay Risa bilang mama mo ha." Leni teased Jorge
