Leni and her daughters are in New York for Jillian's graduatuon at New York University.
They just arrived at the JFK Airport where they were welcomed by so many Filipinos. It is noted that Leni won in New York but she did not expect them to welcome her at the airport.
They chanted her name when she went out of the arrival area, people holdimg their phones taking the chance to get a picture or a video of or with her.
It is also the first time that Leni and her family went to travel without any works to do. Since the people knew about her except her face, Jorge is not hiding from the media anymore. She is not distancing herself from her mom anymore. When there airport taxi arrived, Tricia was almost left behind by her family because they could not find her but she was able to catch up with them.
Upon arriving at the hotel, Jorge immediately laid down on the bed.
"Ang sarap po nang ganito ma." she said
"Alin anak?" Leni asked
"Yung bumi-biyahe po tayo. First time ko po dito sa US eh." she answered
"Welcome to USA!" Jillian said cheerfully
"Ang saya nga kasi first time natin mag-travel na walang work na inaatupag. Usually kasi si mama lumalabas ng bansa for business trip or conferences or meetings, ngayon, tayo lang." Aika said
"Pero never pala tayong naka-travel na buo tayo. Kasi diba? Akala natin noon wala na si Jorge tapos ngayon namang nandito na si bunso, si papa naman ang wala." Tricia said
"Nagiging emo ka na naman Ate Trish." Jillian told her elder sister
"Jill, nasaan pala ang toga mo?" Leni asked Jillian
"Ito po, ma." Jillian said and handed her toga to her mom and Leni ironed it
"Ate Jill, ano po feeling na ga-graduate ng dual major sa NYU?" Jorge asked
"Masaya. Nakaka-fulfill at sa wakas nagbunga na rin ang sacrifices nina mama at ate." Jill replied
"Sacrifices mo, hindi ako magti-take ng credit diyan kasi effort mo yan lahat." Leni said
"Kami rin ni Patty, hindi magti-take credits." Aika added
"Sacrifice po nating lahat. Alam ko kayang ayaw niyo akong pag-aralin dito kasi mami-miss niyo 'ko pero nag-sakripisyo kayo para sa'kin." Jill replied
"Ang ganda po siguro mag-aral dito sa US no?" Jorge asked again
"Gusto mo ba?" Jill asked
"Kung may chance po, oo pero ibang bansa po kasi ang pangarap ko." Jorge replied
"Ano nga ba ang dream country mo, bunso?" Tricia asked
"UK po para makita ko si Queen Elizabeth at para lagi akong makakanta ng 'God Save The Queen' at para feeling ko ako si Daphne sa Bridgerton." Jorge replied
"Pinag-isipan mo talaga ha." Tricia said
"Speaking of aral, ma, saan po pala mag-aaral si Jorge?" Aika asked Leni
"Been busy with elections kaya hindi ko pa siya nakakausap tungkol diyan. Saan mo ba gustong mag-aral, anak?" Leni asked Jorge
"Actually ma, I have 2 schools in mind." Jorge replied
"Hulaan ko, torn between UP and Ateneo ka no?" Tricia asked
"Hindi po. Torn between Silliman and UST." she replied
"Silliman? Anak sa Dumaguete yun at sobrang layo nun. Malalayo ka sa'kin." Leni replied
"Ako ma, dito nga po ako sa New York eh. Mas malayo po ito kesa sa Dumaguete." Jill butted in
"Jill, iba ka naman kasi. Kasama kita buong buhay mo kaya hinayaan kita to spread your wings. Ikaw Jorge, ngayon lang kita nakasama. I want you also to spread your wings pero huwag muna ngayon." Leni replied
"Alam ko naman po, ma pero kung titimbangin, mas gusto ko pong mag-aral sa UST." Jorge replied
"Very good. Mag-apply ka na pala for USTET para pagbalik natin, kukuha ka nalang ng exam and apply ka na rin sa Ateneo or sa Silliman." Leni told her
"Papayagan niyo po akong mag-apply sa Silliman?" she asked her mom
"Apply lang naman." Leni replied
Jorge immediately took her ipad to apply at UST and to 2 other universities
"Bakit pala UST? Why not Ateneo or La Salle?" Aika asked
"Dream school ko po kasi talaga ang UST saka they belong to the top universities in the country. No comparisons between other schools. I'm in love with UST." she replied
"Okay. Buti na rin yun para next graduation na dadaluhan natin, mawi-witness natin ang pagdaan mo sa Arch of the Centuries." Jill said
"Bakit din pala isa sa choice mo ang Silliman?" Tricia asked
"Hulaan ko, bunso. Gawa yan noong imbes na sa Bacolod ka pupunta, pumunta ka ng Dumaguete para sa rally?" Leni asked
"Opo. Sorry po ulit dahil nagsinungaling ako nun. Naglibot po kami ni Anje noon eh saka nakapasok po kami sa Silliman dahil sa isang kaibigan. Nag-tour po kami at ayun, na-inlove po ako sa Silliman." she answered
"Kaya pala may pa #ILeftMyHeartInDumaguete ka." Aika said teasing her sister
"Ateeee." Jorge said
When Leni was finished ironing Jillian's toga, they went out to eat and went to Target to buy their necessities for their 2 week stay.
"Marami ka pang pwedeng pasyalan dito, Jorge." Jill told her
"Mamaya pupunta tayo sa Washington Square kasi doon natin hihintayin si Jill for her graduation pictorial." Leni told them
"Medyo matagal yun, ma." Jill said
"Uupo lang kami doon at nanamnamin ang paligid." Leni said
After lunch, they went to Washington Square where Jillian will be having her graduation pictorial. While waiting for Jillian, Leni was taking pictures and she also filmed her daughters while sitting on the bench doing something on their phone. Little did she know that Aika took a picture of her and posted it on her ig story with the caption "Leni Robredo vlogger era 📸🎥".
"Bunso, pose ka doon picturan kita." Aika said and pointed the Washington Square Arch
Jorge walked to the arch and Aika took a photo of her.
"Patingin nga po te Aiks." Jorge said
Aika showed her her photo.
"Ang ganda po." she said
"Ma, picture kayo ni Jorge doon sa arch." Aika said and Leni went up and walked towards them
Leni and Jorge posed for a picture in the middle of the Washington Square Arch.
