Marcy fell down a flight of stairs. Now with a cast on her left leg, she is on the balcony of the Newtopia castle, accompanied by Lady Olivia
She excited
Marcy: What? Holy moly! It's beautiful!
Lady Olivia: Once, I said on this very same balcony with my mother and had--
Marcy interrupts her
She points
Marcy: Whoa? Is that a seagull but also a bug?
Lady Olivia: Almost the same reaction. I'm a descendant of a long line of newts who made a sacred vow to care of this land.
While the landscape is shown
Lady Olivia: The trees, the plants,
Three bug-headed deer and a giant mole appear
Lady Olivia: the animals... All are under our care.
Marcy: Lady Olivia, you newts took me in when I landed here,
she sees her cast
Marcy: fixed me up,
She takes her hands
Marcy: cared for me. I promise to do my best
with a cute face
Marcy: and look after this place as well!
Lady Olivia: We'll be counting on you, Master Marcy.
Marcy and Lady Olivia look at the scenery

The surroundings of Newtopia are shown in dire condition from builder robberies. Lady Olivia watches it from the balcony of the Newtopia castle
She sighs
A Frobot approaches to give a message
Frobot: Lady Olivia, you have been summoned by the King.
She gulps
Lady Olivia goes to King Andrias's room. She notices that General Yunan is waiting at the door
General Yunan: Oh, hey. The King summoned you too? Do you know what this is about?
Lady Olivia: No, and it's been weeks since the Plantar and Anne and Sub-Zero disappeared and we haven't heard a peep from him since.
She approaches the door
Lady Olivia: I wonder what's keeping him.
Lady Olivia opens the door a little so that she and General Yunan observe King Andrias
King Andrias: Please, my lord. Things are progressing as fast as they--
He stops
King Andrias: Yes, I know, but the device hasn't even been tested. Surely we should try it on someone else first?
He beats and sighs
King Andrias: As you wish.
Lady Olivia and General Yunan close the door and walk away from him for a moment
General Yunan: Well, that was freaky.
King Andrias opens the door to receive Lady Olivia and General Yunan
King Andrias: Aaaah! You two. Come in, Come in.
Lady Olivia and General Yunan enter the room
