Telling Steve and Ultrasound

"Steve would understand what?", a voice asked and Tony's eyes widened, shit, he thought and turned to see Steve and Nat standing there.

Now

"Uhmm...", Tony stuttered, "Come on Nat", Bruce said and pulled Nat out with him who smirked understanding a part of it.

"Tony, what's wrong honey?", Steve asked approaching Tony who was looking at the floor, he touched Tony's arms and Tony looked up.

Steve was surprised as he saw tears in his favorite brown eyes, "Oh baby, what's wrong? Are you hurt?", Steve asked and Tony shook his head.

"I...", he paused as he was scared and crashed into Steve and sobbed into his chest as the blonde comforted him.

"Shhh... it's ok, I am here baby, we will figure everything out, I am here", Steve said softly and Tony broke from the hug after some time.

He looked into Steve's eyes, his favorite blue eyes and took a deep breath, "I am pregnant Steve", he said.

Steve didn't say anything, he didn't even move a muscle, he was too much in shock as he looked at Tony.

"Steve?", Tony asked breaking Steve from the shock, "Wh- How?", Steve asked and Tony looked at Steve.

This time he being surprised, "You are not disgusted? or angry at me? or even thinking I am lying?", Tony asked and Steve smiled and shook his head.

He wiped Tony's tears and kissed his head, "Oh Tony! I will never be disgusted with anything related to you and nor am I angry with you", he said.

"And lying, well I know when you lie and I also know that you will never lie on these things", Steve said.

Tony got emotional in this and hugged Steve, "Do you want to keep them?", Steve asked and Tony broke away from the hug.

"I don't know Steve, it's all just a shock and I need time", Tony said and Steve nodded, "I will support you no matter what, I have to be honest, I want to keep the baby, but at the same time you are more important to me, so are your choices", Steve said.

Tony smiled and the two kissed...

~ One week Later ~

Tony was still unsure on whether to keep the baby or not, but Steve supported him whatnot and Tony loved Steve more for that.

"Tony come on, it's Bruce and he will help you no matter what", Steve said as he entered the room to find a pacing Tony Stark.

"Yeah, yeah I am fine, it's just Bruce and I am going to my ultrasound with my boyfriend, who is also the father of my baby, I mean the other father, I am one and he is the other", Tony said and looked at Steve wide eyed.

"I can't do this Steve I am not ready, this is-", Steve stopped him by holding his hand and hushing him softly.

"Tony, baby, I know this is hard, but you are Tony Stark, you can do anything and everything", Steve encouraged and Tony smiled.

"And I will be by you all the time, I promise, we are doing this together", he said and Tony kissed him, Steve smiled into the kiss and they broke apart some time later.

"Come on", Steve said and Tony nodded and the two walked together to the infirmary holding hands.

They hadn't told the team yet because Tony hadn't made a decision, but they suspected that Nat knew.

They entered the infirmary to see Bruce already there, "Hey you two, are you ready Tony?", Bruce asked and Tony nodded.

"So lay down on this bed here and lift you t-shirt up, I will apply a gel which will be a little cold and then we'll see the baby and how far you are", Bruce said.

Tony nodded and did as he was said to and Bruce applied the gel, "Oh it's cold", Tony muttered and Steve smiled from his side.

Bruce started checking, "Ok, let's see... Tony that small dot over there, is your baby", Bruce said moving the object around.

Tony smiled and without him knowing tears formed in his eyes, Steve also had tears in his eyes, "It seems you are entering your fourth week Tony, so we won't be able to hear the heartbeat for another 2 to 3 weeks, but...", Bruce suddenly paused looking at the screen.

"What's wrong Bruce?", Steve asked but Bruce didn't answer as he moved the ultrasound machine again and again.

"Bruce, you are scaring me", Tony said holding Steve's arm who was also looking alarmed, "Tony it seems", Bruce said and cleared his throat.

"I think I see 2 sacs", Bruce said and Tony's eyes widened, "You mean we are having", Tony started, "Twins", Bruce said.

Steve was also shocked and there was a silence for a long time and Bruce broke it, "Since it's twins if you want to abort them we have to do it within the week", he said.

Tony looked at Steve who didn't say anything and was looking down, "I want to keep them", Tony said turning towards Bruce.

Steve looked up surprised and Tony nodded at Steve and Bruce smiled and left them alone, "Tony", Steve started.

"I want to do this Steve, I have to be honest I never thought I would have a life with a family, but now I want this Steve, with you and our kids, together", Tony completed answering the unasked question of Steve's.

Steve smiled widely and kissed Tony's forehead who closed his eyes and enjoyed the warmth, Steve pulled away and looked Tony in the eye.

"I also want this Tones, a life with you, the love of my life", Tony interrupted, "Love of your life huh?", Tony asked.

Steve shook his head smiling, but then seriously looked into Tony's eyes, "Yes Tony, love of my life, I would rather die tomorrow than live a hundred years without you", Steve said.

As Tony went to interrupt Steve didn't let him this time, "I love you Tony, you gave me a home, a meaning to my life and this is the life I want", Steve said.

"Even if asked I will never choose to go back ever", he continued and Tony looked away wiping his tears and getting up.

"I love you too Steve and I would never choose anything else apart from you too", Tony said and kissed Steve.

"So twins huh?", Steve asked and Tony nodded and they walked outside to tell others, "We will be having a lot of kids to control", Tony said and Steve chuckled understanding.

"I mean Clint, Thor, the two babies and the Sam guy you said you will tell me more about", Tony talked and Steve listened to him walking to the living room where they met others and told the news.

All were excited and they believed them without a second of doubt and when asked why, Clint answered saying they had fought aliens and a God and they also had a God in the team.

All agreed and they had a small celebration, but Tony saw a silent message being passed through Nat and Steve which he decided to talk about later...
