"Happy trails, kid. F.R.I.D.A.Y, send him home", Tony said and flew in to the ship, little did he know Peter was also there.

Now

"Boss, incoming call from Captain Stark-Rogers", Friday said, "Tony, me and Natasha found Vision, we are on our way", Steve said.

"That's good Steve... uhm... maybe we can skip coming back to the sanctum", Tony said wincing, "Why? What's wrong Tony? Where are you?", Steve asked.

"Just 'cause I'll... probably not make it back for awhile", Tony said, "Tell me you're not on that ship", Steve said immediately.

"Yeah", Tony said, "God, no. Please tell me you're not on that ship", Steve said, "Honey, I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I don't know what to say", Tony said.

"You could start by coming back here, Tony. I swear to God...", his voice started breaking, "Stevie...", Tony trailed.

"Don't you dare Stevie me Stark-Rogers. Come back here right now! Come back!", Steve said and Tony closed his eyes.

He was losing connection, "Boss, we're losing him. I'm going, too...", Friday said and the connection cut off.

Tony sighed and blinked his eyes quickly, so he wouldn't cry and he was separated from his husband, Steve, Nat and Sam in time rescued Vision and Wanda.

They went to the tower and saw Rhodey talking with the secretary through a hologram, "Earth just lost her best defender. So we're here to fight. And if you wanna stand in our way... We'll fight you, too", Steve said to him and the hologram vanished.

He was angry, he has just lost his husband to god knows what, "Where is dad?", Harley asked and Steve looked down.

"Papa?", Harley asked and Steve sighed and answered him, "Why is dad like that?", Harley asked and Nat hugged him.

"Your dad's a fighter, he will be alright", Nat said and Harley pulled away, "Thank you aunt Nat, but he won't be", Harley said and all looked at him surprised.

All except Steve, "Dad and pops are separated, they are at each ends, they win with each others support, now without it...", Harley trailed looking at his pops.

"It's ok sweetie, you go to your room, I will be alright", Steve said and Harley nodded and left, that's when Bruce came.

Bruce and Nat hugged each other and kissed, they all moved to the living room and started talking about the options.

"Eliminating the stone is the only way to be certain that Thanos can't get it", Vision said, "That's too high a price", Wanda immediately said.

"Only you, have the power to pay it. Thanos threatens half the Universe. One life cannot stand in the way of defeating him", Vision said.

"But it should. We don't trade lives, Vision", Steve said and Vision walked towards Steve, "Captain, 70 years ago, you laid down your life to save how many millions of people. Tell me, why is this any different?", he asked and Steve sighed.

Bruce interrupted before Steve respond, "Because you might have a choice. Your mind is made up of a complex construct of overlays. Jarvis, Ultron, Tony, me, the Stone. All of them mixed together. All of them learning from one another.", Bruce said.

"You're saying Vision isn't just the stone?", Wanda asked, "I'm saying that... If we take out the stone, there's still a whole lot of Vision left. Perhaps the best parts", Bruce said.

"Can we do that?", Nat asked, "Not me. Not here", Bruce said, "If we had Tony or Peter, we could, but they are in space", Bruce said and Steve was shocked.

"I am sorry what?", he asked, Bruce didn't tell Steve about Peter as he was already worried, "Uhm... I...", Bruce started looking for help from Nat.

But she was also expecting an answer and Bruce told the truth on how Peter and helped and he got beamed up into the ship.

"Jarvis?", Steve asked, "It's true Captain, but Mister and Master Stark-Rogers are both safe", Jarvis said answering the unasked question.

Jarvis was created by Tony, so he contained Tony's conscious which contained the understanding the husbands had for each other.

Steve sighed and Rhodey decided to change the subject, "You better find someone, and somewhere fast. Ross isn't exactly just gonna let you guys have your old rooms back", he said.

"I know somewhere", Steve said and they all left to Wakanda and Tony was getting ready to shoot the alien.

"Wow you're a seriously loyal piece of outerwear, aren't you?", he said aiming, "Yeah, uh, speaking of loyalty...", Peter suddenly said.

"What the-", Tony said jumping back, "I know what you're gonna say", Peter said, "You should not be here", Tony said at the same time.

"I was gonna go home-", Peter was interrupted, "I don't wanna hear it", Tony said, "But it was such a long way down and I just thought about you on the way-", Peter rambled.

"And now I gotta hear it", Tony said, "...And I kinda stuck to the side of the ship. And this suit is ridiculously intuitive, by the way. So if anything, it's kinda your fault that I'm here", Peter said and immediately bit his tongue.

"What did you just say?", Tony asked seriously, "I take that back. And now I'm here in space", Peter said.

"Yeah. Right where I don't want you to be. This isn't Coney Island. This isn't a field trip. It's one-way ticket. You hear me? Don't pretend like you thought this through. You could not have possibly thought this through", Tony said.

"No. I did think this through", Peter said, "You could not have possibly thought this through", Tony said.

"It's just- You can't be a friendly neighborhood Spider – Man when there's no neighborhood. (Pause) Okay. That didn't really make any sense, but you know what I'm trying to say", Peter said and Tony sighed.

"Your pops is already going to kill me, now he is going to kill me twice, if that's possible", Tony said.

"I can talk to papa, he will understand, he will be happy knowing I am here to help you", Peter said and Tony smiled.

"Come on. You know your words around like your papa, don't you? But, we got a situation. See him down there? He's in trouble. What's your plan? Go", Tony asked.

Peter immediately told his plan and Tony smiled at it, his son really thought this through, "We will be alright, won't we dada?", Peter asked and Tony looked at him confused.

"Of course we will be, why underoos?", Tony asked and Peter looked down, "This is the first big fight you are fighting without pops and you and papa have never been separated", Peter said.

"The avengers are scattered around the World, bubba, Universe if you consider Thor, so it's only possible to win if we weaken this ass- oops... from every direction", Tony said, but his mind was still on Peter's words.

He and Steve were not only separated, but the avengers were separated, especially the six of them were separated for the first time.

And if what Thor said was true and they six together can only defeat Thanos together, they were in big, big trouble...
