Your POV:

Todoroki has been so full of surprises lately. First soba at the soba shop we went to on our first date, and now a mani-pedi? I wonder what he's doing. Is he just trying to butter me up? He hasn't done anything wrong so he can't be feeling guilty about anything. What is he doing? Well, he told me to enjoy myself so that's what I'm gonna do.

I'm snapped out of my thoughts when the manicurist starts scrubbing the bottom of my foot and it tickles so much that I ended up kicking them in the face.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. It was an accident."

"Don't worry about it. It happens more often than you might think."

"Still. I'm sorry."

An hour or so passed and I see Todoroki pull up to the front of the salon.

I'm so delighted when he walks in.

"Hey, honey. How was it?"

"It was amazing. Thank you so much, Shoto."

"Like I said, I'd do anything to make you happy Snowflake."

I just snuggled into his chest. I just needed his warmth for a minute.

Then I pulled away smiling.

"All right. How much do I owe you for the mani-pedi?" He asked the person at the counter.

"$160."

"Okay. Here's my card." And just like that, the transaction was done.

As we walked out I tried to convince Todoroki to let me pay him back for the mani-pedi but to no avail. He wouldn't hear it.

"We still have one more stop darling. Come on."

"Baby. You've already spent so much on me today. What else could you possibly have in store? And please tell me that it doesn't cost any money. I can't bear to have you spend any more money on me today."

"I promise. This one didn't cost anything. We're just going to a special place for a little while."

"Where are we going?"

"Uh-uh. I'm not telling you. You just have to wait and see. You'll just have to trust me."

"Fine." I whine. "I'll trust you."

"That's my girl."

I just sat quietly in the car on the way to our last destination. I'm a little sad that he won't tell me where we're going, but, I'll just have to trust him for now.

Todoroki POV:

I notice how quiet (Y/N) is. I feel bad that I can't tell her where we're going but this has to be a surprise. I've tried so hard to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect.

"Baby, I'm sorry that I've been so secretive today. I love you. I've just been trying to make sure everything is perfect for you today. Today is all about you. But, thank you for trusting me. I love you so much, sweetheart. I promise."

"I know Todoroki. I'm just curious and impatient. I'll do my best to wait and just be surprised."

"Thank you, Snowflake. I'm sorry this is taking so long. But we're almost there. I promise."

Soon enough I pulled up in the parking lot of the beach.

"Baby, what are we doing here?"

"I'm sorry that I can't tell you just yet. Let's just walk along the beach for a while. Just until sunset. How's that sound?"

"Okay. You know I love the feel of the warm sand against my feet."

"I know. Luckily sunset won't be in too much longer."

I'm so nervous. I just hope she can't feel my nervousness in my hands or something. I really just want tonight to be perfect. Then I'm snapped out of my thoughts.

"Todoroki? Is something wrong? You seemed a little out of it there for a second."

"Huh? No. Everything's fine." Then the sun started to set. I could see the beautiful colors along the horizon. "Wow. Look at that, love. That's a beautiful sunset."

"Yeah, it is."

"But it's not nearly as beautiful as you are Snowflake. You know, there's a reason I brought you here tonight."

"What is-" Before she could finish I took her hands in mine and started the speech that I had memorized just for this moment.

"(y/n) (y/l/n), you are the most amazing girl I've ever known. I've been crazy for you ever since your first day at UA. You may have been embarrassed that day, but I saw how strong you are that day too. You've grown immensely with your quirk and at being a pro hero. You've taken care of me and supported me. You do so much for me. I'll always be eternally grateful for you. I'm so grateful for everything you've done and continue to do for me. I love you so much. I've been wanting to do this for a little while now, but I could never work up the courage or find the right time. But today, I decided that I was going to take this chance. I promised myself that I wouldn't let anything hold me back. So, here goes. (y/n) (y/l/n), would you do me the absolute honor of marrying me and becoming Mrs. Todoroki?" I look up at her and she's in tears. I hope those are happy tears. I give her a few moments to say something but she isn't saying anything. "Darling, love, Snowflake, please say something."

"Y- Yes! YES! I WILL MARRY YOU!"

"Really?"

"YES!"

I quickly slide the ring onto her finger and stand up to kiss her. As I kiss her I sweep her off her feet and twirl her around.

"Is this really happening? Are we really engaged?" She asked enthusiastically.

"Yes. This is really happening. We're really engaged."

"I can't believe this. This feels like a dream. A crazy, romantic dream."

"Well, it's real babe. Soon enough, we'll be married and have a family. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you."

"And I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. Shoto Todoroki."

"I love you darling."

"I love you too."
