Darkness was all that Ambrosia could see in the starry night, with the moon hidden behind the clouds she couldn't see anything around the area while she was driving back to her house. Ambrosia lived in a pretty secluded area near a forest. In fact, her nearest neighbour was three miles away from her

Ambrosia lives nearby the forest because people said there are wolves or other types of dangerous animals, but one thing they didn't know is that she gets along with the wilderness. She could befriend any type of animals ranging from the smallest to the largest

One of the benefits of not really having neighbours is that she's alone and she likes it that way because she'd get to be herself, an Eternal. She'd get to be herself without people constantly freaking out of their mind

Sure, there are the Avengers, but they're a different story. Everyone knows them and almost no one knows who Ambrosia really is, what she can do and what she is. Ambrosia plans to keep it like that because the last thing she wants is an army of soldiers busting open her door and do nasty things on her just to find out what she is

As an Eternal you'd expect her to be strong, but no, she's not like the others. Ambrosia's powers mostly consist of healing, mind telepathy, communicating with the wilderness and growing any kind of plants. She's not the strongest amongst her team, but she's not the weakest either. Though she tends to stay from any type of physical fights, but she's there whenever anyone needs healing

After driving for more than half an hour she had finally reached the path that leads to her house. She doesn't have a garage and her house is 5-10 minutes away, so she usually just parks her car near the road and shockingly enough, no one had ever tried stealing her car. Who would though? Her car is pretty much outdated, the first car she ever owned and she refuses to get a new one because it still works for her and that's all the matters

At the distance she could spot her house while she was taking her time walking, but before she could get even closer a big animal stood in front of her, a wolf. One she've known since she was pup and named her, Ina; meaning mother in Tagalog

Ina stepped closer to Ambrosia, sniffing her bag "Sorry, Ina. I don't have food with me, only papers to grade, but I'll feed you once I get back insi-" Ambrosia wanted to resume walking to her home when Ina blocked her with her body "What are you doing?" Ambrosia looked into the eyes of the female wolf and something told her that there was something was wrong

The wolf turned her head to the house and Ambrosia followed where Ina was looking, then she noticed that Ina's grown puppies were in a stalking position around the house as if it was a prey and that they were ready to attack. Ambrosia had never seen this kind of behaviour before, but this signals that there's something with the house or there's someone in it

Ambrosia petted Ina's head making the wolf's head turn to her "Thanks for the warning, Ina" then she moved around Ina. The pack of wolves cautiously watched the woman walk closer to the house, ready to pounce in case Ambrosia get attack

The woman was about to put in the key, but she realised that if there's someone in the house, then the door must be unlocked already and it was after Ambrosia twisted the knob, with cautious steps she quietly closed the door behind her. She frowned when she saw the lights turned on the kitchen
