Y/N is Josephine Elwood

"Muuum! Have you seen my jacket?" Josephine yelled from the second floor while searching for the specific jacket in her closet.

"What jacket?" Her mum yelled back.

"Urg!" The young woman scurried down from her room to her mum. "The green jacket that I always wear!"

"Oh dear, I think that might still be in the laundry."

"Noooo...." Upon exclaiming, she laid her forehead on the wall and began sulking.

"You're so dramatic! What's the problem? You have other jackets." The mother questioned while taking a sip of her coffee.

"Well, today's my mock exams and I usually wear that jacket for good luck!"

"Mm, dearie, I think you might wanna go because look at the time." Her finger pointed at the clock, Josephine turned and her eyes widened.

"7:30!?! Oh my god!" With such haste, she grabbed all of her things and threw them all in her bag, once she got down, Josephine was thrown a red cardigan.

"Wear that, it's gonna get a bit nippy later on."

"Thank you!" Before she could leave her mum yelled out something.

"Oh wait!" Josephine stopped. "Do you have work today?"

"No, why?"

"I forgot to mention that George is having someone for dinner." The young woman then raised an eyebrow.

"Someone? Is it a girl?"

"Well, yes. She should be around your age."

"So...George is...technically introducing us to his girlfriend?"

"No, he explicitly said that she's just a friend..." It was obvious for Josephine to tell that there's something up with her mother, it was either she was lying about something or not telling something, but either way, she couldn't discuss it due to the limited time.

"Uh huh, we'll talk about this more later, for now, I've got to go."

"Al-Alright, be safe on your journey. Love you!"

"Love you too!" They both waved each other goodbye and with that, Josephine ran off, hurrying to catch the next train.

Luckily, she arrived at her university just in time for the exams. Josephine sighed in relief and sat on the seat that was assigned for her. Before the papers are given, the young woman puts on her mother's red jacket and prays in the hopes that she will be given some sort of luck.

After finishing multiple mock exams, Josephine thought that she had done good. The things she had revised ended up in the papers and the heavy weight that was on her shoulders left like they had lifted up. It was currently 5:30 in the afternoon and it'll be 30 more minutes to get back home and that means she'd make it just in time for dinner.

"I'm home!" Josephine yelled while taking her shoes off and replaced them with slippers. Almost in an instant, her stomach began to growl when she smelt the delicious aroma in the house.

"Hi, darling! You arrived just in perfect timing, I just finished making supper!"

"Ohhh! What did you make?" The young woman cooed.

"Lasagna, garlic bread and mashed potatoes!"

"All my favourites!" Her mother chuckled at her beaming child.

"Oh, can you go get your brother while I set the plates?" Her mother requested and the daughter obeyed. The young woman first dropped off her bag in her room before stopping by George's room.
