"Here's the deal Bat," Joe said. "No more Malarkey, we need the frog. Do you have it?"
"Of course I do," Rogue replied gently. "But what about my end of the bargain?"
"Will you shut up man?" Joe said. "Yes, of course we have the technology to give you one giant uniboob. Just hand over the Frog."
Reluctantly, Rogue handed over the Froggy the Joe Biden. For some reason, Rgoeu did not trust America. But she also really, really, really, wanted a giant cyclops boob, to match her eye.
"Haha! You nincompoop! Seize her!" Once Biden had the Frog, the Secret Service grabbed Rogue. "Do the thing!" He said.
They wheeled out a large 5G tower, and aimed it at Rogue. It broadcast magical microplastics directly into her body, especially in the pussy.
"Oh no! Stop!" she cried softly. Slowly, she began to turn into a human - a boring, not hot human, Also her boobs shrank and did not become a cool uniboob.
"But, Biden," She cried. "I thought you wanted to stop the humanification!"

It was a device that was speficially designed to alert Sonic to the fact that Biden had betrayed them, in the event that Biden betrayed them. It is called "The P.L.O.T. Device" which stands for Poophole Location Orientation Thing. She covertly put her finger in her ass and activated the P.L.O.T. device.
"Also, Just in case ya didnt know, Jack," Biden said, "the frog is very hallucigenic. Its a poggers high." Biden proceeded to lick Froggy vigorously.
"Joe, that FRog was in Sonic the Hedgehog's ass," Rogue said.
Biden only paused breifly, then continued licking.
