FUCK FAMILY, FUCK love.

I hate my father for physically abusing me as a kid just because he doesn't love my mother. Just because my mother married him for the sake of convenience and his relationship with his first love was ruined.

And because of that fucking love, all I've worked for went down the drain when my father found out that he has a son with the woman he loves.

I hate how he manage to easily love their child but I grew up for 25 years without any of it. All I felt was rage, determination, and thirst to prove myself to my father who was oblivious to any of my efforts.

"Rush, please. Give it up," my father requested.

I just watched him as he plead down in bended knees. Looking at him, it made me feel worse. It made me pity myself more.

Is Loki really important to him? Is this how much he loves him? That the mighty Lorenzo Buenavista, the leader of Nocivo Mafia, can get down on his knees just to give everything to his son he loves the most.

That he can discard all the things that I did just to keep and improve everything he worked hard for? Just so he could accept me?

"How absurd." I almost shivered from my own voice. I could feel my heart getting numb from all the pain I've felt throughout my life. All I could feel right now was to take back what's rightfully mine.

And that is everything.

"Kuya! Nanghingi na ng tawad si Dad sa'yo! Hindi pa ba sapat 'yon?" Loki interrupted us.

"No. It's not enough," I uttered. "It's so unfair."

"How could everything be so unfair to you?!" Loki angrily shouted. "All your life, you've been living comfortably! While my mother and I had to work all day and night just so we could eat one fish! Unfair ba 'yon, kuya?"

Inisang hakbang ko lang ang pagitan namin at inignora ko ang pagpigil sa akin ni Dad. Umigkas ang kamao ko sa pisngi ni Loki na agad din tinugunan ng huli. Pareho kaming hindi natinag sa kinatatayuan namin at bigla na lang lumabas ang mga tauhan ni Dad sa likod niya.

"Hah!" I laughed sarcastically. "You really think of me as a villain! Fuck!"

Para akong baliw na tumatawa mag-isa. Lahat sila ay nakatutok lang ang baril sa akin. Kasabay ng paglabas nila ay ang mabilis na pagtakbo ni Alondra kay Loki.

"Andra! What are you doing here? Delikado rito!" sambit ni Loki at mabilis na niyakap ang dalaga. Nilagay niya ito sa likuran niya.

"I told you, Loki! I'll stay with you no matter what happens!" sikmat din ng babae sa kanya.

"Bakit ba ang tigas ng ulo mo?!" Loki shouted. His voice is laced with frustration.

"Stop it, Loki! You can't change my mind!" Alondra argued back then she faced me. "Rush. Please stop this. It's not true that no one loves you. We're here, I'm here," said.

I scoffed. Hindi ko alam kung saan niya nahugot 'yung lakas ng loob niya at pakiramdam niya na may pakialam ako kung nandiyan ba siya o wala. Hindi ko naman siya kaano-ano. She's just Loki's wife.

"Andra." My voice changed when I called her name. Malamyos 'yon at naging malambing.

It's weird. Every time I see her, I could feel that I don't like her nor love her. Wala. She's just a normal person for me.
