Trouble on the Citadel

(Shepard, Thorne, Ashley, Kaidan, and Jenkins are heading towards a club called Chora' Den, but then they see a bunch of assassins waiting for them)

Assassin: That's them!

(The assassins open fire, and everyone ducks behind a small wall for cover)

Jenkins: AH! Why are they shooting at us?!

Thorne: Why do you think?

Shepard: Spread out!

(Thorne whips out his sniper rifle and nails an assassin with a headshot, making the other assassins duck down into cover and start returning fire)

(Shepard and Ashley go left while Kaidan and Jenkins go right. Thorne covers both duos as they perform a pincer maneuver and shoot up the assassins)

Kaidan: Those were Saren's men

Thorne: I see he was kind enough to give us a welcoming committee...

(The group puts away their guns and they walk into the club. No more assassins seem to be around, so they start to look around)

Ashley: A million lightyears from where humanity began and we walk into a bar filled with men drooling over naked women shaking their asses on a stage. I can't decide if it's funny or sad

Kaidan: What? You don't think they're here because of the food?

Jenkins: I can see why this place is so popular. It's got quite the, uh, view

Ashley: Hey Corporal, put your tongue back in your mouth before you trip on it

(They look around the club some more and they see a couple of krogans talking to each other)

Krogan: Back off, Wrex. Fist told us to take you down if you showed up

Wrex: Well? What are you waiting for? I'm standing right here. This is Fist's only chance. If he's smart, then he'll take it

Krogan: He's not coming out, Wrex. End of story

Wrex: This story's just beginning

(Wrex walks away and he gets near Shepard's squad)

Wrex: Out of my way, humans. I have no quarrel with you

Jenkins: Rude

Kaidan: What was that all about?

Ashley: Who knows? Let's just try not to get caught in the middle of it

Thorne: Look. Baldy over there fits the description

(Thorne points at Harkin, who's sitting at a table nearby with a drink in his hand)

Harkin: Alliance military. Hmph. I coulda been a marine, you know. Instead I joined the goddamn citadel security. Biggest mistake of my life

Shepard: Harkin, right? Maybe you could help us. I was told you could help me find someone. A turian C-Sec officer named Garrus Vakarian

Harkin: Pfft. Garrus? Ha! You must be some of Captain Anderson's crew. Poor bastard's still trying to bring down Saren, eh? I know where Garrus is, but you gotta tell me something first. Did the Captain let you in on his big secret?
