(Heidi is a veterinarian from Southern California. Gilbert was a former basketball coach at Beacon Hills high school. That's where Heidi and Gilbert first met. Heidi was a student and Gilbert was a coach.)

Relatives: Talia Hale (Aunt), Peter Hale (Uncle), Cora Hale (Cousin), Derek Hale (Cousin), Laura Hale (Cousin), Malia Tate (Cousin)

(Elise's mother is a half sister of Talia and Peter Hale. However, her mother did not inherit the werewolf genes in accordance with the anomaly of the addonexus) 

Supernatural creature: part werewolf, part addonexus 

Full powers: heightened senses, moon shifter(better control), self-healing(slower though), controlling pure energy (ex: sunlight, moonlight), controlling elements (air, water, earth, fire), light and shadow bending, aura seeing, emotional manipulation/pathokinesis (the ability to sense and control or change emotions)

(It isn't mentioned in the story yet but these names are some spoilers about how Elise grows with her powers. It's only a matter of time before she ends up unleashing who she truly is)

You already know about werewolves so I figured I would explain all about addonexus and their powers. I got this supernatural creature from a website from an actual mythological/supernatural expert.

 An addonexus is originally human at birth but if they are born on the day of a solar eclipse, they become gifted with abilities. They have a substance in their blood that gives them magical properties. They are able to control pure energy which allows them to control the elements. They can easily master light and shadow bending. The blood substance allows them to move their bones around (ergo the shifting in werewolf abilities i added) as well as see peoples auras. By seeing peoples auras, they can manipulate emotions as well as heal physical wounds. Most people don't notice their addonexus powers until they are teelagers. Addonexus age three times slower than other humans. They have self healing powers but are only capable of living for 75 years.

This is why Elise is both on May 10th. She was born on the day of the solar eclipse in 1994 and is one of the oldest characters in her class at Beacon Hills. And her powers were only activated or came to live because of course, Beacon Hills is a beacon for unlocking supernatural abilities.

I made this so you can also reference how a character is feeling in the moments that Elise sees the auras. And this is also easier than explaining the plot if someone has questions. Elise's aura is gold constantly because it is a reminder of her purity and kindness. There are tons of spoilers within this guide.
