I closed the front door and went upstairs to my mothers room. Her door was locked and I knocked tentatively.

"Mom?" I called out.

No response.

I opened the door to see my mom asleep on her bed. I quietly closed the door and went to my room.

I plopped on my bed and texted Isaac if he was free and then decided to call Scott. My phone rang twice before he picked up.

"What the hell happened to you?" He asked, sounding out of breath.

"I really don't know. Derek said I was glowing and floating when I passed out and then I woke up at his place and we went to my house." I explained only the part I was allowed to share with him.

"So you were born with these powers and you're possibly part werewolf?" Scott asked.

"Yeah. But Scott, please don't tell Stiles just yet. I don't need him to get involved in all of this," I told him.

"I promise. Just know that Stiles will pester you for the truth until you cave in," Scott laughed.

"Okay. See you monday," I said as I hung up the phone.

Isaac replied to my text and said that he was free to walk around today.

It was now about ten in the morning and I had been asleep for only about five hours. I didn't care though.

I walked over to Isaac's house after eating an apple for breakfast.

I couldn't wait to spill the tea to Isaac.

We met up outside an abandoned warehouse.

"What happened last night?" Isaac asked. "You weren't at home or answering your phone."

"I met my cousin in the woods while saving Scott," I started off. "It turns out that my family comes from a long line of supernatural creatures. I am apparently an extremely powerful creature that is only brn one every seventy five years. My mother was a former werewolf pack emissary. I also could possibly be part werewolf."

"Wow, that's, wow," Isaac said, amazed. "Like I understand how hard that must have been to hear that you've been supernatural your whole life but I would be so excited to find that out. I would kill to be in your place."

"Yeah well I almost got killed last night," I replied, pulling my shirt down to show him my bandaged and bloodied shoulder.

"Who did that?" Isaac's eyes turned dark.

"Hunters. Derek said they've come back to Beacon Hills because of the alpha. One of them shot me and Scott last night," I said, wincing as I remembered the pain. "But it's okay. We outran them and Scott is fine. I called him this morning after I found out about everything."

"Have you been using your powers?" Isaac asked.

"They come and go at strange times. Like last night I had night vision. Derek said my body started floating after he couldn't carry me. This morning I could feel myself trying to heal. I hear things I shouldn't be able to hear and I smell things I shouldn't be able to smell," I pointed out.

"Like what?"

"Like... Like the freshly baked cookies in your pocket."

"Damn, I was going to surprise you with them," He said, pulling out a bag with five cookies in it. "Want one?" He asked.

"I could never turn down your baking."

I grinned as he handed me a chocolate chip cookie. It smelled amazing. We talked for about an hour before Isaac had to go home.
