"Omg, guys. Stop it. It's your turn to take photos." I giggled as I watched Mingyu and Wonwoo dance in front of me to entertain me.

I'm Y/n, I'm 25 years old. I was born and raised in Seoul.

I have been working at HYBE for almost half a year. All this time, I have been assistant to the main manager of SEVENTEEN.

I spend almost every day with all SEVENTEEN members. I have a great relationship with all of them, and with some of them, I have a stronger connection.

Mingyu and Wonwoo went to the photoshoot and Vernon and Joshua came back to me.

I was about to compliment them on their photoshoot, but I was interrupted by the HYBE director, Bang Si-hyuk.

"Y/n, hi. Let's go to my office. We need to talk about something important." He smiled at me.

We walked towards his office. He asked how I was getting on with Seventeen. What I like, what I don't.

I kept thinking about what he might need from me. Maybe he wants to fire me? But no, I haven't done anything wrong. I was one of the most exemplary and diligent employees. I have heard this many times from my manager and other workers around me.

"Come in, Y/n. I want to introduce you to someone." Bang Si-hyuk let me through the door.

When I walked in, I saw several men and women whose eyes immediately turned to me.

"Have a seat, Y/n. This is the BTS main managers."

"Hello." I said hello to everyone.

Wtf is happening? I'm working with Seventeen. What does the BTS team want from me?

"Nice to meet you. We've heard a lot of good things about you."

"You must be wondering why you are here. Well, we've now started recruiting a new team for the BTS members' main managers/assistants position."

"And we've had great feedback and praise about you. So we would like to invite you to join our team and to be the main manager/assistant of one of the BTS members by random draw."

"We understand that you can't answer our offer right away. You can think about it and let us know in a few days."

"But please know that we would love to have you on our team."

I was speechless.

"You want me to be part of the BTS team?" I still couldn't believe what I was hearing.

"Yes, Y/n."

"Think about it for a few days and come see us on Friday, no matter what the answer is."

The BTS team left the office, I stayed with Bang Si-hyuk.

"Y/n, I know maybe this is unexpected. But you're one of the best workers in the Seventeen team. And your supervisors and eventually I had no hesitation in recommending you. You know yourself that working with stars of this level will open many doors for you in the future." Bang Si-hyuk smiled supportively.

"Well, I really didn't expect such an offer. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and it's a crazy appreciation. On the other hand, I love working with Seventeen. But I doubt I can refuse such an offer."

"You think calmly and seriously about everything and let them know on Friday. BTS is very important to me, I love them like my children. So the team is chosen very carefully. So understand that this is an insanely good recognition of your work and your personality. I'll give you a brief description of the duties, although I think you get the picture. You would be assigned to one member. And you would handle all the important matters relating to it. You would get to travel together all the time, to photoshoots, interviews, tours, and every concert. You would be his shadow. Of course, you would have lower level assistants who would do many things. But the management, the distribution of tasks, the communication with the member, everything would be in your hands."
