Chapter Two

Rosalie’s P.O.V
It was finally the first day of classes and I managed to help Remus set everything up for when classes start and by the time we were finished, the both of us managed to get something to eat, “are you excited darling?” I asked him as we made our way to the Great Hall, “more nervous than excited actually. But I hope that I do good.” he said and I smiled at him and we eventually made it to the Great Hall and sat in our seats and ate and talked before leaving the Great Hall shortly before classes started and I wandered the Halls making sure everyone was in class and making sure they were doing what they were supposed to before bumping into Hagrid, “just the person I was looking for.” he said to me and I smiled at him, “hello Hagrid. How are things?” I asked him, “they’re going well, I was wondering if you can help me with a pet of mine. His name is Buckbeak.” he told me and I nodded, “of course Hagrid. Show me the way.” I said to him and followed him out of the Castle and eventually walked up to a Hippogriff, “he’s beautiful Hagrid. Is he a Hippogriff?” I said to him, “that he is. Do you mind feeding him these while I wash him up a little before the next class?” he asked and took the Ferrets from him and fed them to Buckbeak. By the time we were done, the both of us left and after saying goodbye for now, I managed to make it back to the Castle to see everyone walking around the halls as they made it to their next class of the day but after a while, Madam Pomfrey came over to me in a hurry, “Mrs. Lupin, I need your help if you don’t mind?” she asked me and I nodded, “yeah of course.” I said and followed her back to the Hospital Wing to see a boy lying on a bed as he held his arm, “would you mind handing me those wrappings Mrs. Lupin?” she asked and I had done so after she had put a bandage on the cut of his arm and eventually, we were finished with him, “what happened?” I asked her, “a Hippogriff had attacked him after he managed to aggravate him.” Madam Pomfrey told me and I sighed a little, “I guess he wasn’t paying attention in Hagrid's class I presume.” I said to her, “it seems like it.” she said letting out a sigh, “do you need help with anything else?” I asked her, “no, thank you dear. That will be all for now. Enjoy the rest of your day.” she said to me and I smiled a little, “you to Madame Pomfrey.” I said to her, “since you’re leaving, he should be able to go now as well. Do you mind seeing Mr. Malfoy out?” she said and I nodded and walked out with him, “maybe next time, this could be a lesson to start listening to your teachers before doing what you did. So in my perspective, this was your own fault.” I said to him and he just gave me a look, “why do I have to listen to anybody?” he asked and I raised my brows, “then why bother coming here in the first place if that’s what you really think.” I told him and he said nothing and just walked away, “bloody spoiled git.” I said to myself. 

I eventually made it to the Great Hall and noticed Harry and Edeline and walked up to them, “hi mum.” Edeline said, “hi Aunt Rosalie.” Harry said after, “hey you lot. How are your classes going?” I asked them, “they’re good. But Malfoy got hurt in Hagrid’s class earlier.” Edeline said, “I noticed. Madam Pomfrey wanted my help with him earlier.” I told them before hearing Seamus shouting, “he’s been sighted. He’s been sighted.” he said putting something down, “who?” Ron asked and we all checked it out, “Sirius Black.” he said and thoughts ran through my head, “Dufftown?” Hermione questioned, “that’s not far from here.” I mentioned to them, “you don’t think he’d come to Hogwarts, do you?” Neville asked them, “with Dementors at every entrance.” another student asked, “Dementors? He’s already slipped past them once hasn’t he? Who’s to say he won’t do it again?” Seamus questioned and I managed to slip away to find Remus. By the time I found him, he was sitting at his desk, “I already know about Sirius. I’ve been reading it.” he said and I sighed a little and sat in front of him, “at some point, he’s going to get into the Castle and cause a panic since everyone thinks he’s a bloody criminal.” I said to him, “everything will be alright. I doubt he’d hurt anyone if he did manage to get in.” he said and sighed a little, “you and I both know that there is nothing we can do about it.” he said to me and I nodded a little, “I know, it’s just, I feel like he wasn’t to blame for what happened to James and Lily that day and it’s been bugging me.” I told him, “I know darling, but we should talk about this later alright. Class will be starting soon but if you don’t mind staying incase I need an example for what I’m doing.” he said and I smiled and kissed his cheek, “I would love to help you darling” I told him before the class started walking into the room and Remus soon began the class as they all stood in front of the wardrobe. After a moment of silence, the Wardrobe shook a few times before Remus spoke up to everyone, “intriguing, isn’t it? Would anyone like to venture a guess as to what is inside?” Remus asked them, “that’s a Boggart, that is?” one of the kids said, “very good, Mr. Thomas. Now can anyone tell me what a Boggart looks like?” Remus asked them, “no one knows. Boggarts are Shapeshifters. They take the shape of whatever a particular person fears the most. That’s what makes them so-” Hermione said before Remus cut her off, “so terrifying, yes, yes, yes. Luckily, a very simple charm exists to repel a Boggart. Let’s practice it now. Without wands, please. After me. Riddikulus.” Remus said to everyone and they all repeated, “very good. A little louder and very clear. Listen, Riddikulus.” Remus said and everyone repeated it again, “very good. Well, so much for the easy part. You see, the incantation alone is not enough. What really finishes a Boggart is laughter. You need to force it to assume a shape you find truly amusing. Let me explain. Rosalie here has agreed to help me do so, so if you don’t mind.” he said and I walked up to where he wanted me to as I faced the Wardrobe while Remus stood behind me, “I presume you know what to do'' he asked me and I nodded a little as he managed to open the Wardrobe as the door slowly opened only to reveal Remus, Edeline and Harry dead on the floor causing me to freeze before I was shaken out of my thoughts and I managed to say the spell, “Riddikulus.” I said and it soon turned into a clown and I just stood there before walking out of the room. After a while, I managed to make it to my Quarters since I wanted to be alone and I laid down and began to cry to myself as what I had seen hit hard for me as I continued to cry until I fell asleep.

Remus’s P.O.V
After classes were over for the day, I decided to walk out of the room to find Rosalie and the first place I looked was her room and once I walked in after getting there, I saw her lying on the bed as she slept and walked over to her and gently caressed her cheek as it caused her to slowly wake up and she smiled a little as she looked at me, “how are you feeling love” I asked her, “I’m alright I guess.” she said to me and I gently kissed her cheek, “I’m guessing your Boggart got the best of you.” I said to her and she nodded, “yeah I guess. It hit hard for me, it was like seeing James and Lily lying there on the floor all over again.” she told me and I sighed a little, “I can see that. I don’t blame you for thinking that. I would have felt the same way as well darling.” I told her and she soon sat up and hugged me and I hugged her back, “I love you.” she said to me and I held her closer to me, “I love you and Edeline more than anything.” I told her and she moved to look at me and smiled a little before kissing me and the both of us had decided to go for a walk and just talked the entire time as she wanted to get everything off her mind before we made it back to her room later that night after having dinner in the Great Hall and we stood there in front of the door as she turned to face me, “do you want to sleep here tonight” she asked me and I smiled at her and nodded, “yes.” I told her before the both of us had walked inside and got changed into something a little more comfortable that night before the both of us ended up making love that night after I managed to lock the door and put a Silencing Charm on the room and spent the night like that.
