Chapter 4

"So that's Bucky?" T'Challa said. He was mad that you kissed Bucky. He was furious.

"Yes, T'Challa," You said for the hundredth time. You were in your room unpacking. You had met the team when Bucky left.

"And you had to kiss him?"

"T'Challa!" You said. "He was my boyfriend and I loved him more than anything. I still love him now."

"What did you say to him?" T'Challa said.

"What do you mean?" You said.

"You spoke another language to him!" T'Challa cried. "What did you say?"

"It's none of your concern," You said. "Now excuse me, I'd like to take a break." You stormed past him and out of your room, outside on the field in front of the compound. You sat down and sighed, than saw a shadow behind you.

"We missed you," Steve said. "Of course, Bucky and I." He sat down next to you and you leaned into him. He wrapped an arm around you.

"Remember my birthday?" You said, laughing a little. "When we went to the bar for my birthday?"

"I will never forget that day," Steve said.

"I'm supposed to meet Bucky on the roof at 9," You said. "Can you keep T'Challa distracted for me?"

"I'll try," Steve said. "I might be with Tony. But I'll see."

You rested your head on his chest and sighed.

"I missed you so much," You said.

"I missed you too," Steve said. "Especially Bucky. He'd always cry at night."

That made a teardrop from your eye.

"Let's go back," Steve said. "We're having dinner in a few."

"Yes captain," You said, giggling. He rolled his eyes and laughed. You linked arms with him and headed back.

You changed into better clothing for dinner and put on the necklace Bucky got for your 25th birthday. The one that said, "I love you doll. Forever."

You headed downstairs and saw Bucky, sitting next to Steve, talking. He flicked his eyes towards you, and smiled. You smiled back and sat down next to T'Challa. He still looked mad, so you left him alone.

"Ahem," Tony said. Everyone turned their eyes towards Tony, and he looked at you and smiled.

"To Y/N, our new Avenger!" The Avengers all cheered for you and you smiled. You looked at T'Challa and smiled at him, and a grin tugged at his lips.

You guys hat spaghetti that night. It was Bruce's special. It was really good.

"So Y/N," Steve said. You looked up at him. "What happened after the night of your 25th?" You looked at Bucky, who smiled softly.

"I don't remember," You said. "I was taken. To Wakanda. That's what I remember. Somehow me and T'Challa met. I sent troops to HYDRA to try and find Bucky, but none survived. I never told T'Challa my past until my 105th birthday. Than I told him."

"We missed your birthday?" Steve said.

"You couldn't have known," You said. "It happens the same day every year."

Bucky laughed.

"Tony, it's your turn to do the dishes," Bruce said. Tony groaned and took everyone's dishes. You looked at the clock: 8:48

You excused yourself and headed back to your room and locked the door. You prayed that Steve would keep T'Challa distracted, and put on a white dress with your Panther necklace and the necklace Bucky gave to you. You put your hair down and it was curly from the braids. You slipped on a white jacket and JARVIS said the time was 8:58.

You hopped into the elevator and headed to the roof.

When you stepped off, Bucky was standing with his back towards you. He turned around and grinned when he saw you, and you walked towards him.

He opened his arms and you fell into them, starting to cry.

"I missed you so much," You said. "I'm so glad I found you."

"I missed you even more," Bucky said. His voice was cracking and you looked up at him. His eyes flicked from yours to the necklace and a huge grin came from his face.

"You still have the necklace," He whispered.

"Of course I do," You said. You quickly looked behind you, than kissed him. He placed a hand on your cheek and the kiss became more passionate. You pulled away to breathe and smiled at him.

"I missed that so much," Bucky said. He brushed a strand of hair away and than a sad face came.

"What's wrong?" You said.

"T'Challa," He said. "He'll kill you.

"Y/N!" You turned around. It was T'Challa.
