After the lesson had ended, Levi walked out of one of the few classes he had without Dante and made his way out of the building. He didn't get far when a voice called out his name, making him avert his eyes away from the concert ground.
Lifting his head, Levi saw Dylan jogging his way over to where he was standing.
"Hi... Hi, Dylan, how's.." Levi did not get to finish his questions as he was engulfed in a hard chest.
"Gosh, what happened to you? I haven't been able to see you lately; I heard from the faculty office that you requested to move out of our dorm." Said Dylan holding Levi by the shoulders after hugging him.
"Umm.. well, ahh, it's not me.. but Dante suggested that I move in with him, I wanted to come and find you to explain, but I've been busy," explained Levi.
"Dante? Your living with Dante now," said Dylan with a hint of anger in his voice.
"Yes... is something the matter with that," asked Levi
"Ohh Levi, out of everyone you could move in with, it had to be Dante. Do you know how notorious that man is, how many hearts have been broken by him.? Of all of his relationships, none of them has ever lasted long. Once he had his fun, he would throw them away and move on to the next."
"I.."
"You what,"
"I think you might be mistaken about him; the times I've spent with him, he has been nothing but kind and caring towards me," said Levi defending Dante.
Dylan looked at the person standing before him, unsure how he should answer. The more he looks at Levi, the more he is afraid of the aftermath of what a break-up could do to someone as naive and innocent as Levi.
"I must go now, or I'll be late. See you around, Dylan."Levi did not wait for Dylan's reply as he side-stepped around the man and continued on his way to his dorm that he had now shared with Dante. Since the semester was well underway, Levi thought it would be impossible to change dorm from the one they had been assigned to. But to his dismay, Dante had bribed his way to get the faculty office to do his bidding.
Once Levi got to the dorm, he closed the door and leaned against it, remembering the words Dylan had spoken to him moments before about Dante. How much of it was true, Levi did not know. Tilting his head back, Levi closed his eyes and stood at the door until his phone vibrated. Did he open his eyes again? He sighed, took his phone out of his pocket and looked at the notification.
His mum's message reminded him of the upcoming two-week break. After reading his mum's statement about how much she missed him and couldn't wait to see him. Levi put the phone back in his pocket and moved away from the door putting his bag on the sofa chair along the way.
After dinner, Levi walked a few steps behind Dante with his head low, not paying attention to his surroundings. It wasn't until he walked into a warm muscular chest did he lift his head from the ground.
"Are you alright? You seem out of it at dinner," Asked Dante embracing Levi.
"I'm fine."
Dante did not reply. He stared at the other male for a long moment before suddenly attacking Levi with small kisses on either side of his cheeks.Shocked at his actions, Levi stared at Dante with wide-open eyes. He looked around at their surroundings; when he knew no one else was in the parking lot, he playfully smacked Dante on his chest before speaking.
"What are you doing?"
"If you don't tell me what is wrong with you, I will continue to assault you with my kisses." Declare Dante as he once again kissed Levi on the cheeks, only stopping when the other male admitted defeat.
"Mmm, are you ready to tell me what it is that is making you feel sad?"
"It's about school break. I won't be here with you. My mum is expecting me home, " Levi said, looking back at the ground.
"Haha.. that was what you were worrying about?"
"Why are you laughing?."
"Oh baby, out of everything in the world that you could worry about, you choose to worry about whether I would be lonely or not, hahaha; what am I going to do when you are gone.?"
"Will you be lonely, though, when I am not here?"
"I will miss not having you around me", whispered Dante
Levi shivered at Dante's words, but before he could do anything further, Levi gently pushed his shoulders to remind him of where they were. Dante settled with a light peck on Levi's lips with a chuckle before releasing the smaller male.
Dante turned away from Levi and continued to walk to his car. When he couldn't hear the footsteps following, he turned around once more.
"What are you waiting for? Come on, or we will pass the curfew time."
"Dante, there is something else that I wanted to verify with you."
"What is it."
"How... How many people have you been with? Did you..."
When those words left Levi's mouth, the smile on Dante's face disappeared.
"Why are you asking me this all of a sudden? Do me being with other people before bother you?"
"No, I... it's just that I."
Seeing that the other male could not speak, Dante turned around and continued walking to his car, this time not waiting if his companion followed or not. Seeing Dante leave, Levi quickly jogged up to Dante, grabbing the man's arm to stop him.
"Dante, please wait. I'm sorry it was rude of me to inquire about your matters."
"Who was it"
"Excuse me"
"Who was it the one that told you about my matters? If you do not tell me, I will find everyone in your lectures and beat them up one by one until I know who they are," said Dante when Levi averted his eyes away.
Dante shook his arm from Levi's hold when he did not get an answer.
"Wait, please don't hurt them."
"Who was it"
"It was Dylan. He came to find me today after my lesson he wanted to know if I was alright. I told him that I was with you. Please, Dante, he is only looking out for me since I was his roommate."
"Stay away from him. If I ever find out that you're meeting him without my knowledge, I will not be so forgiving," said Dante before continuing to walk towards his vehicle while Levi struggled to keep up, afraid to be left behind.
