Walking back to campus, Levi's mind wanders to his earlier moments with Dylan in the small restaurant; However, his heart is aching from the look of loss, and hopelessness Dylan showed. Levi knew better to leave than stay nothing good ever came from dwelling on something that will not progress. The feelings he feels for Dylan are different from his feelings for Dante. The sooner Dylan understood where they stood, the better for everyone.
Although these thoughts ran through Levi's mind, he still could not shake the image of Dylan's downcast gaze.

Opening the door to his dorm, Levi entered and then shut the door leaning against it for support and closing his eyes. It hadn't been a full minute since Levi stood at the door with his eyes still closed when warm lips left trails of light kisses along his neck.

"Mm, welcome back."

"Mhm, wait, Dante", Begged Levi, trying to cover himself from Dante's hands that were roaming freely under his clothes.

Dante did not give Levi a chance to cover himself up as his hands and lips worked in sync, successfully making the other male moan. Just as Levi felt himself reaching his peak, Dante's body left his, making Levi open his big doe eyes, looking straight at Dante with a confused look.

"I'm sorry, baby; If we start now, we won't finish on time; I have class soon."

"You... You"

"I couldn't help myself seeing you looking devilish and cute."

"You are such a tease," said Levi moving from the door; Dante grabbed his hands and spun him around, holding him around his waist before asking.

"Where were you? I left the building and did not see you waiting for me."

"I did wait for you, but...."

"But?"

"But Dylan came to find me and dragged me to eat with him outside of campus."

"I see, is that all?"

"Yes, he wanted to apologise about his earlier behaviour towards us," answered Levi leaving out the part of Dylan feeling lost and sad.

Levi's heart belongs to Dante and Dante alone. Everything else does not matter. Levi can't help what others think; if his heart is pure, then everything else does not matter.

Kissing Levi on the lips, Dante spoke.

"I trust you. If Dylan is apologising, then we should accept his apology."

Placing the last dish on the table, Levi waited until Dante arrived. Dante had class in the late afternoon, one of the few times that Levi did not share the same class as him. After placing the food down, Levi's phone rang. Seeing the caller ID Levi's face lit up with a smile.

"Hello Mum, Yes, we have two days off next week due to the public holiday. Are you sure? Ok, I will let him know. Bye for now."

After disconnecting the call, Levi put his phone back on the small table just as the door to his dorm opened and in walked Dante.

"Welcome back; how was your class."

"I wasn't able to concentrate most of the time."

"Why are you not feeling well?" Levi asked, slightly concerned.

"No, I find myself lost sometimes when you are not in the class with me," answered Dante, who walked towards Levi, pecked him on the cheeks and walked past him to their small kitchen area, grabbing a bottle of water from their medium size fridge before pulling out a chair and sitting on it.

"This smells and looks delicious."

"It's nothing, just basic dishes I used to cook when I was home alone."

Picking up his fork Dante tried the dish next to him, thinking how a dish could look plain but have so much flavour. It was better than anything his chef would make for him.

Levi looked at Dante for a few more seconds before he picked up his fork and started to eat; the two ate in silence.
It wasn't until they were nearly done that Levi opened his mouth to speak.

"My mum called me earlier and asked me to come home next week."

"Next week?"

"Yes, we won't have classes then, as it would be a long weekend due to the public holiday."

"Oh, right, I forgot about that."

"My mum asked me to bring you along and introduce you to her and my sister. They want to see the person I've chosen to be marked by."

A moment of dread washed over Dante but was soon replaced by a smile. This little action was noticed by Levi, who looked down and squeezed his own hands that were clasped together due to nervousness.

"If you don't want to, it is alright too. I can tell her.."

"No, Let her know I will come with you."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, let us meet her together; I want to show her my respect," said Dante getting up from his spot to stand beside Levi, grabbing his clasped hands before speaking again.

"Is there anything you want me to bring when we visit her?"

"There is no need; she won't want us to bring anything."

"Are you sure? I am meeting my in-laws now; I must make a good impression. What I would do is she disapproves of me and hand you over to someone else."

Giggling at Dante's small antics, Levi replied.

"My Mum is a simple woman; she will love you just as you are."

Dante looked down at Levi and displayed a genuine smile, something he hadn't shown in quite some time.
