Jade left the presents she got for Peter on his bed. Natalie and Joce thought it was weird that Jade was getting him birthday presents after what happened between them but Jade told them that she wanted to be the bigger person and that they still had to be civil to each other.
It was easier for her to shop for Peter than it was for her to shop for Harley, whose birthday was four days prior.
She got Peter two candles, one said 'My last fuck. Oh look, it's on fire. Burn bitch, burn' and the other candle said 'My friendship is like this candle: Forget about me and I'll burn your house down', then there was a mug that said 'Being my friend is really the only gift you need. Love you' which she had also gotten Harley, there was a watch with an engraving on the back that said 'I love you more with every second of every day', there was a keychain that said'Thank you for the laughter, for all the fun we've shared... Thanks for always caring, and knowing what to say... Thank you for being a friend, in such a special way. This is to remind you I am here for you always, we will face life together. We are best friends forever', there was a little cake made of candy that she had also gotten for Harley, there was a box of candy with pictures of them, a box of pictures of them that unfolded to show more pictures, there was a red sweater that said 'I'm not saying I'm Spider-Man, I'm just saying no one has seen me and Spider-Man in the same room', and a picture frame with a condom in it that said 'In case of miracle break glass'. She found the sweater hilarious and had to get it and Joce gave her the idea for the condom
