(Dipper pov)
Everything is dark and cold. My eyelids feel too heavey to open but I can feel the effects of the drugs already starting to fade and my body starts waking up.
I feel a hand running through my hair and hear a soft voice. It almost sounds like someone is singing. I can barely make out the words.
"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know, dear, how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine awayThe other night dear, as I lay sleeping
I dreamed I held you in my arms
When I awoke, dear, I was mistaken
So I hung my head and I criedYou are my sunshine, my only sunshine
You make me happy when skies are gray
You'll never know, dear, how much I love you
Please don't take my sunshine away"As the song ends, I slowly force my eyes to open. I quickly glance around the basement, lit only by a dim lightbutb, before my eyes land on Bill who sits there with a smug smirk on his fadce as he runs his fingers through my hair.
"Morning, Pinetree."
He stands up and it's only now that I realize I'm laying on the cold cement ground, both my wrists chained to the floor.
As I look over him again, I realize his hair is blonde again and his fingers have brown stains on them. "It was hair dye." I manage to say.
"Yeah, and it was a major pain in the ass to wash it out." He rubs his eyes groaning lightly. "Fuck....Damn these fucking contacts. They are uncomfortable as shit."
He takes out the blue eye contacts and I can't stop my gasp of horror when I see his right eye.
His left eye is a golden color but the right eye is just pure black. It's like the eye of a demon or something just plain evil.
He comes back over to me as I sit up, scooting back as far as the chains will allow me.
"Are you scared of me?"
"N-No, I-"
"Don't lie. I fucking hate liars." HE grabs the chains and pulls them hard forcing to painfully get pulled back to him. "You think that I'm a monster."
"I-I-I never said that."
"You don't have to, it's what everyone who was in my life thought. It's how anyone thinks when they see my eye. That I am a monster and a disgrace. And maybe they're right after all."
He lets go of the chains and walks to a table that has some knives of different sizes.
"How did you even find me?"
"I have this." He picks up something and I realize that it's my wallet. "But I was surprised to find your sister living there."
"It's cheaper to have someone there to help pay the bills and I don't have friends."
"That much is obvious."
"What do you want from me? Why did you come after me again?"
"Because you are mine, Pinetree."
"No I'm not."
"Yes you are and I will do everything in my power to make you realize that."
He grabs one of the knives putting it in his pocket before picking something else up and comes over to me.
It takes me a minute to realize that it's a ball gag as he walks behind me. I pull at the chains as I look back at him.
"W-What are you doing?"
"I can't tell you without ruining the surprise." He kneels down behind me and firmly grabs my chin making me face forward. "Keep your head forward or it will be very much worse."
I weakly pull at the chains again as he straps the ball gag onto me before kneeling in front of me holding his hand out.
"Let me see your wrist."
I frantically shake my head no as I try to move away from him.
"Pinetree, I am trying to be patient with you but you are really testing me."
I shake my head no again. He growls as he grabs the chains pulling them hard. It feels like the shackles are biting into my skin.
"You are really starting to fucking piss me off. Now give me your damn wrist." I hold out both my hands to him, my whole body trembling. He grabs my right wrist turning it over as he presses the tip of his knife against my forearm. "Hold still or this will only hurt much worse."
"Without warning he digs the knife into my arm. My cries of pain are muffled from the gall gag as he carves something into my arm,. Tears from pain spread down my cheeks as my warm blood leaks out of the wound, trickling down my arm before dripping onto the cement ground.
He finally lifts the knife away and pulls out a bandana using it to wipe away the blood.
It's only now that I see he carved some weird triangle symbol into my arm. It looks like the illuminati symbol. It is kinda creepy.
He reaches around my head unstrapping the ball gag and tosses it away as I turn my head away coughing slightly. He holds my face in his hands as he makes me look at him again, his thumbs wiping my tears away with surprising gentleness.
"I didn't want to have to do that, but I had to do something to make you realize that you belong to me." He brabs my arm, this thumb digging into the wound. I scream in pain trying desparately to pull away from him. He finally stops and holds my jaw in a painfully tight grip making me look at him again. "Everytime you try to deny being mine, I will carve this symbol into you again. Each time it will be bigger and more painful. Do you understand?"
"Y-Yes."
"Who do you belong to?"
"Y-You...."
"I can't hear you, Pinetree."
"I said you. I belong to you."
"And don't you ever forget it." He brushes some lose strands of hair behind my ear before he stands up. "As punishment for leaving, you have to stay down here buntil I can find it in my cold heart to fully forgive you."
"You can't be serious."
"I'll see you in the morning."
He flicks the light off as he walks back upstairs, leaving me in this all too familiar and hopeless situation.
