TWENTY-ONE - #SEXYMARK

Alyssa's POV

"Hey, Aubrey. You might want to change my number in your phone," I announced as I entered our apartment.

"Why'd you change your number?" she wondered, confused.

"That asshole Jason tried to get me to cheat on Mark with him. He's relentless, apparently."

"Wow. That's ridiculous. Did this happen at dinner?" I nodded and explained everything to her. She was shocked.

"He sounds kind of dangerous, with the way he grabbed you and everything. I'm glad Mark went with you. He probably scared him away for good," she decided.

"Yeah, I hope so. Ugh. This whole thing makes me wish I didn't have anything to do with this stupid movie."

"Hey, your scenes with him might seem cringe-worthy now, but this movie is huge for you. It's going to get your name out there even more than our channel does, and you need that. Everything happens for a reason, as you always say." She was right, that always has been a belief of mine. I would just have to move past this. Things could have been worse.

"Hey, do you want to meet Cyndago?" It was about a week later when Mark called me at my new number with a very direct greeting.

"Um...hi..."

"Sorry. But seriously, do you want to meet Daniel and Ryan? We're working on a video later that I think you're going to like."

"Yeah, sure. When exactly is this happening?"

"In a couple hours. I can pick you up, so I'll let you know when I'm on my way."

"Okay, sounds good. I'll see you soon, then." I hadn't showered or gotten dressed yet, so I did my morning routine a little later than usual and cranked out a video with Aubrey before I got a text from Mark, saying he was leaving. I told Webster and Aubrey goodbye when he arrived and we headed for Daniel and Ryan's apartment.

"So, what exactly is this sketch you guys are doing?" I asked, curious.

"You'll see when we get there," he told me.

"Why is it such a huge surprise?"

"Because it'll be so much more fun if you go into this knowing nothing!" he snickered. Alright, I was officially concerned. This trio made some really strange videos together, so I couldn't imagine what I was getting myself into, even if I wasn't a part of the video.

When we got there, Mark grabbed a bag of clothes out of the backseat and we headed up to Cyndago's apartment. They answered the door quickly after he knocked.

"Hey guys, come on in," Ryan prompted us.

"Daniel, Ryan, this is my girlfriend Alyssa, and you know who they are," Mark introduced me. 

"It's really nice to meet you guys, I love your channel," I admitted.

"Thanks! We're fans of the Albrey Calassi channel, as well," Daniel smiled.

"Well, make yourselves at home. The fridge is open, we have drinks galore in there," Ryan offered.

The guys of Cyndago got to know me a little bit better before they began working on the video. Mark disappeared into the bathroom for a moment and when he came out, he was all dressed up in a suit, minus the jacket, which he had draped over his shoulder.
