THIRTY-TWO: PINK

Mark's POV

I loved traveling - it was always a lot of fun - but at the end of the day, it felt good to be home. PAX Prime had been up and down like a rollercoaster and I was glad it was over. I had a charity livestream coming up and although I would be doing it alone, I was sure it would still be a blast. Meanwhile, filming was beginning for the movie Alyssa was going to star in, which was really exciting for her. It kept her busy, but it made her happy.

"I'm sorry I haven't had much time to hang out lately," she apologized once we got a chance to grab dinner together.

"It's alright, you've got a lot going on right now. Filming is going good at least, right?" She nodded.

"It's a lot of fun, it's just time consuming. Hey, when is your livestream again?"

"This Saturday."

"I don't have filming that day. I know you usually do livestreams alone when Bob and Wade can't help you with them, but..."

"You want to do a livestream with me?" I was pleasantly surprised.

"If you want me to, I will. I just figured it might be helpful to have someone else there so you can actually take breaks. Not that anyone wants to see my face, but I thought maybe it would make up for me being so busy."

"I'd love for you to do the livestream with me. And trust me, there are plenty of fans who would love for you to join me. People ship us, ya know," I smiled.

"Alright, it's a date, then!"

The week went by somewhat slowly, but once the weekend arrived, I was instantly in a great mood. I had told my fans that Alyssa would be joining me for the livestream and a lot of the comments about it were positive. When the day finally came and she arrived at my apartment in the morning, I was in a great mood. She was wearing a t shirt from a previous charity lifestream - it was the one with the fanart that says "You Are Loved."

"Nice shirt," I grinned at her when she entered my apartment.

"Thanks. Nice pants," she replied, noticing the pajamas I was wearing. They, too, were from a previous livestream.

We got everything all set up a few minutes early, miraculously, so we were able to relax for a couple of minutes.

"Are you nervous?" I asked, noticing how restless she seemed.

"I don't know. I've just never done this with you before."

"Trust me, it'll be great! You've watched livestreams before. We get to just play some games, answer some questions, and act like idiots for a whole day. What could be better than that?" I encouraged her.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." I pulled her in for a tight hug and a kiss before we went live.

Of course, because Alyssa was with me, we got asked a lot of relationship questions. In a way, it was a nice break from all the usual questions I got that had been repeated a million times. At the same time, though, we liked being able to keep some things private. At one point, the chat turned into a blur of YOU TWO SHOULD KISS from basically everyone. I finally gave in and kissed her on the cheek just to make everyone happy, and then the chat was filled with AWWW and THAT DOESN'T COUNT, KISS HER FOR REAL! But overall, the stream was a success. We raised a huge amount of money for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. I donated, Alyssa donated, and obviously a ton of fans donated as well. Even Scott Cawthon, the creator of Five Nights At Freddy's, donated a large sum of money to the cause. Of course, I had made the mistake of telling everyone that I'd dye my hair pink if we reached the goal amount. Despite problems with the website, I knew that after Scott's donation, the amount had not only been reached, but surpassed. At that point, I wondered if I really should dye my hair. But of course, Jack encouraged me and even committed to dyeing his hair green, too. I had made a promise, plus I was interested to see how ridiculous he'd look with neon hair, so I announced to everyone that I'd be making an appointment for it after the livestream ended.
