Chapter 42: F/n Moving In

After work, me and F/n were getting her room ready.

"Wait..." I look at her, "YOU TWO ARE SLEEPING IN THE SAME ROOM?!"

"Yeah...... What's wrong with that?" She looked at me.

I blink twice, and set her box down. "Nevermind."

She smirked, "Besides, I know you and Dazai have been in the same room before~"

"We didn't do anything!" I say nervous.

"Mhm..." She raised a brow. "Whatever you say, Y/n~"

~Time Skip~
"Okay, you're all moved in!" I look at her.

"Finally!" She sighs in relief, "It's so nice in here!"

We were walking around the apartment.

"Not to mention, I can live closer to you now!" She exclaims.

I nod, "Yup!"

"What are you two doing?" I hear a voice say.

"Hello, Kunikida!" I say, "I was just helping F/n move in."

"Uh-huh..."

"Okay, I should probably get going." I look at F/n, "See you later!"

I walk out the door and close it behind me.

"What were you doing?" Dazai looked at me.

"How long were you standing there?" I blink in surprise.

"I just happened to be walking by." He explained.

We were walking down the stairs.

I get a phone call and answer it.

"Y/N! I NEED YOUR HELP, NOW!" Atsushi yells through the phone.

"Okay! Calm down! What is it?"

"I need you to tell me.... Exactly how many states are there in America?!"

"Why didn't you Google this?!" I ask him.

"Oh..."

I sigh, "50."

"Thank you, Y/n!"

He hangs up.

"Who was that?" Dazai asked.

"Atsushi asked me how many states were in America." I explained.

"Oh, that's easy, 30."

"50, dummy." I say.

"Wait, really?" He looked at me.

I sighed and opened the door to my apartment.

"See you tomorrow, Osamu..."

I turn around and see Dazai blink at me twice?

"What?" I look back at him.

"You just called me by my first name...."

I realized what I said, "Dazai! I meant Dazai!"

I could've sworn I said his last name.

He smiled. "It fine. Besides,"

He laid his hand on top of my head and leaned close to my face.

"I think I might like the name 'Osamu' instead of 'Dazai' come out of your mouth."

He patted my head and walked away.

Thank goodness he couldn't see my face.

I looked so embarrassed....
