Chapter 135: The Duel

"Let's start this duel nice and easy." The ability smiled.

"Alright, how?" I said.

"On 3. We both begin."

"Fine by me."

"1."

"2."

~Atsushi's Pov:~
We ran inside the fortress.

"Alright, everyone, look
around!" Kunikida shouted.

We all started running to different rooms.

No she isn't here.

I ran back in the hallway.

"She's nowhere to be found, Ranpo." Kunikida tapped his earpiece.

"If she's not there.." I could hear Ranpo through the earpiece, "Then there's only one other place she could be."

~Y/n's Pov:~
"3!"

I felt something cut my arm. I moved away and used my shield to hit them.

They moved. I felt a sharp cut touch my leg.

I used my shield. I jumped on it as if it was a platform. I formed small shields and made them fly at them.

They moved and used a red digital spear.

I made a blue digital sword and flew the sword towards them.

It suddenly just became a battle with us blocking each other's attacks. We would jump around the room while moving out of the way and fighting.

I grabbed my gun and fired it.

~Atsushi's Pov:~
"There." Kunikida pointed.

It was a mansion. I noticed figures around the mansion.

.....Our abilities. And drones.

"The virus is using them to guard the building." Kunikida mumbled. "Ranpo how can we get in?"

"Fight them off. I'm sure you'll have time to save Y/n." He said, "Also new plan, do not go after the virus ability, Dazai. Use your ability on Y/n. That should fix everything."

I noticed Dazai's eyes were wide while he was looking at the mansion.

"Dazai?" I said.

".....We need to get in there as soon as possible." Dazai mumbled.

~Y/n's Pov:~
They moved out of the way.

The door then opened. I still kept my eyes on the ability.

I noticed drones were around us from the corner of my eye.

I grabbed my gun and began shooting them while still blocking the virus's attacks.

The drones would crumble to the ground once I fired at them.

"Nice shot." The ability said as I would block their attacks. "Like the one you used on the suicidal girl."

"I think you mean the ones you used!" I shouted and shot another drone.

"You figured that one out without my help."

I realized I was out of ammo in the gun. "Shit."

I threw the gun at the virus and blocked their digital spear that was about to impale my head.

We all were attacking different abilities.

I was fighting Kenji's.

"Dazai! Start touching the abilities!" Kunikida said.
