Chapter 124: Berserk

~Kunikida's Pov:~
I heard my phone ring and answered it.

I was in the patient room in a chair.

"Kunikida!" I heard Y/n shout. She sounded as if she were sobbing.

"Y/n? You sound like you're crying. What happened?" I asked.

F/n was sitting beside me. She looked at me. "What about Y/n?"

"Why don't you ask F/n and Dazai that?!" She shouted.

"What?! What do they have to do with this?!"

"Ranpo should know that!"

"What are you even talking about?"

I realized she had hung up.

I looked at my phone.

"Wait, what's wrong with Y/n?" F/n asked.

"She's saying something about you and Dazai... She was crying.."

"What? Last time I saw Dazai, it was because Mr. Fukuzawa asked me to get him for a private meeting between them."

"It's making me confused as well... You've been with me ever since."

"Is she alright?" Her eyes went wide, "Do I need to go see her and make sure she's alright-" She was about to get up.

I grabbed her arm. "It's okay. Sit down, F/n. It's not good for you, or the baby."

She sighed and sat down, "Fine.."

I see Junichiro walking. I noticed something on his arm.

"Junichiro." I said.

He stopped and looked at me.

"Your arm."

He looked at his right arm and noticed a deep cut. "Woah! When did I get that?" He looked at his arm.

~Atsushi's Pov:~
I sat at my desk and looked out the window.

I looked down and noticed a deep cut on my wrist.

"What the..." I mumbled.

It started stinging.

"Ow.." I mumbled.

A few seconds later, the door flew open.

"WHERE'S Y/N?!" Dazai shouted.

"What?" I said confused.

"WHERE IS SHE?!" Dazai looked at me.

His eyes were wide and watering. He looked nervous and desperate.

"W-why? I have no idea where Y/n could be.." I mumbled.

"Dazai?" Yosano walked out of her treatment room.

"Where's Y/n?!" Dazai looked at Yosano.

"I thought you were going to make sure she was okay since she was gone for a while?"

"I DID, BUT WHEN I SAW HER SHE GOT MAD AT ME! JUST TELL ME WHERE SHE IS!"

"I haven't seen her since she left!" Yosano said in surprise.

"Damnit, damnit, damnit...." Dazai started mumbling.

"D-dazai..." I said.

"WHAT?!" He looked at me.

I jumped back a little.

He's completely lost it..

"Um.. do you think there's a reason why Y/n could be mad at you?"

"No! There's no reason at all! All I know is that she thought that I lied to her and that I wanted her out of Yokohama.."

"Lied about what?" Yosano asked.

"I don't know! The last thing I remember lying to her about is that I'm not the one who left the water on yesterday! That's all! I almost never lie to her!" Dazai looked at Yosano.

Dazai has completely lost his mind. He never starts yelling like this at the Agency. He's usually so easy-going and laid back.."

Junichiro walked in the room, "What's going on-"

"WHERE'S Y/N?!" Dazai looked at Junichiro.

Junichiro yelped a little in surprise while jumping back. "I-I haven't seen her much today.."

Ranpo followed behind Junichiro.

"RANPO! WHERE'S Y/N?!" Dazai shouted at Ranpo.

Ranpo's eyes opened, "How could I know? All she said was that she had to go get something."

"USE YOUR DEDUCTION SKILLS!"

"Fine, fine." Ranpo grabbed his glasses and put them on. He had wide eyes as he took them off.

"W-what?! Where is she?!" Dazai asked.

"I-I....I don't know." Ranpo said. "I don't have a clue where she could be."

Dazai's eyes started watering more, "You're lying.... TELL ME YOU'RE LYING!" He grabbed Ranpo by the shoulders and shook him.

"I'M NOT LYING, DAZAI! I DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE IS!" Ranpo said.

"DID SHE LEAVE YOKOHAMA?! TELL ME, DID SHE LEAVE?!"

"I DON'T KNOW, OKAY?!"

Dazai's hands were still on Ranpo's shoulders. His hands were shaking.

"This can't be happening...this can't be happening.." Dazai pulled his hands away from Ranpo's shoulders and took a step back.

"D-dazai..." I said, "If you want we can go look for her-"

Dazai walked out of the Agency's office.

He's lost his whole mind.
