"Finally we're here! My ass really hurts from sitting on those handlebars." I complain as I hop off of the bike onto solid ground as we stop right in front of Eddie's trailer.

"I'm sorry, was your free ride not comfortable enough for you?" Eddie comes up in front of me with a grin and starts walking backwards with his hands in his jacket pockets.

"Fuck off, it's not my fault there weren't enough bikes." I bite back with an uncontrollable smile. He really is so cute in that leather jacket.

"That's gotta be a Guinness world record, most miles traveled inter-dimensionally." Robin comments randomly and Steve starts coughing up a lung.

"I just inhaled a bunch of that crap, it's stuck in my throat." He chokes out in between coughs, and Robin pats his back sympathetically.

Steve and Nancy walk into the trailer first with Robin and Eddie not far behind.

I trail behind them, but a feeling in my gut makes me stop in my tracks before I get inside the trailer.

Whipping back around, I scan the deserted trailer park for any threats, but don't find any. Yet there's that familiar ticking sound again, calling out to me tauntingly from a distance.

I step a couple feet away from the trailer, my legs moving before I can even think about it towards the woods where the ticking starts to get louder.

"Dylan, you coming?" Eddie's voice snaps me out of my trance and I look over to find him standing outside of the trailer looking concerned.

"Yeah, sorry." I smile at him reassuringly, jogging back to follow him inside and ignoring the cold chill going down my arms.

"Goddamn." Steve comments as we all inspect the red glowing gate on the ceiling of Eddie's trailer.

"This is where Chrissy died. Like, right where she died." The boy tells us softly, the memory of her murder still fresh in him mind.

I frown sympathetically at his haunted gaze, grabbing onto his hand for support. He looks down at me with a sad smile and I squeeze his hand tighter.

"I think there's something in there..." Robin whispers and we watch as something moves on the other side. It almost looks like a tentacle as it moves and pokes at the gate's barrier.

"What the hell is that?" Eddie mutters out as we back away from it, readying to fight if necessary.

Then in one swift movement, the barrier breaks and we all yell out in panic as something comes through.
