SANS ELTHOREN

I can only fall on deep thoughts while staring at the different arcanum elements in front of me.

On the table stands the small bottle filled with blue liquid content that smells like blood. Sands of life glittering inside the transparent yet peculiar jar. While the mermaid's tear and Sheol's gem were on my open palm. And.. the serpentine's eye are now on one of Pinowa's.

"I can't understand but I can understand at the same time..." I whispered to myself and ruffled my hair in haze.

Binaling ko ang tingin sa vase na nahulog sa sahig dahil sa kalikutan ni Pinowa. He's been going in circles since earlier, fascinated with the magical eye that Elena temporarily gave him to hold. I can tell that he can see things because he's staring to the air like there's someone talking to him.

"Pinowa. Don't be so frolicsome," I said and sigh. That vase was one of the important stuffs here inside my room. Isa ito sa mga binigay ni Ina sa'kin noong labin-limang taong gulang palang ako. She's the one who made it herself. She really likes molding jars and vases just like how she likes gardening.

I want to yell but Elena told me that I should take care of Pinowa so.. I must put aside my annoyance. Besides, kaya ko namang ayusin. Iyon nga lang iba pa rin kapag hindi nasira.

I sighed once again and fixed the broken pieces of the vase.

Tumalon papunta sa'kin si Pinowa at tila humihingi ng tawad na tumingin.

"It's alright, Pinowa. Just don't break another one, please."

Maamo naman itong tumango at lumipat sa katabi kong sofa saka doon humiga.

I slightly pat his head and busied myself once again, not until I sensed something—something disturbing.

Tumayo ako at lumapit sa may bintana ng kwarto ko. I looked to the farthest place that my sight could reached, to the direction where the Rafiro Kingdom is.

"What are you up to Goddess Blesârhe?" I whispered in thin air while my hands are on the window sill.

I can feel that she's using too much power right now which is odd. It's almost enough to destroy an entire empire. What's happening? Gusto lamang ba niyang iparamdam ang kapangyarihan niya at takutin ang bawat kaharian?

There's always this question that remained unanswered. Even my father, the king would not give me a satisfying response about that matter. What happened to the goddess of bless that made her like this?

I just hope someone could stop her before the other gods and goddesses step forward to eliminate her. I wish I could, but I can't just meddle in some things that I'm not responsible with. Besides, not all things can be stopped through force. Sometimes, it only needs some encouragement for them to have the will to be good again.

Ano man ang kasamaan ng bawat nilalang, mayroong kabutihan na siya lamang ang nakakaalam. I was about to get back on my seat when I heard Belle said something to me.

Wala akong sinayang na oras at agad na itinago ang bawat elementong ipinagkatiwala sa'kin ni Elena.

"Where is she?!" I bursted out anxiously and a loud thunder echoed, which is also followed with another one.

“Kuya. Your power.”

I calmed myself down.
“I really don't have any idea where is Ate, that's why I told you Kuya. Don't overreact, maybe Ate was just outside, wandering again. You know her, she's one naughty and mysterious lady.”
