Arizonas pov:

I woke up to Callie playing with my hair, and sat up to kiss her. The cold air hit my shoulder and I receded, forgetting to previous nights activities. She came to me.

"Last night was fun, huh?" She asked while chuckling a little. I nodded tiredly and then settled back into the bed. Callie looked a little disappointed in my persistent tiredness.

"Hey Arizona" she said, sweetly, but I could tell she was dreading what she was about to say.

"Yeah?" I asked hesitantly.

"I got your fathers blessing" she blurted, looking away from me.

I nodded slowly. "So he knows now? About the rape, Thea, us. He knows that I told him and my mother nothing about my life for a year?" I asked.

"Yes" she whispered, giving me eye contact with a glaze of guilt covering her eyes.

"Ok" I said hesitantly and blankly. She pulled me into a hug, which I gladly accepted. I wish my parents didn't find out that way, but Callie did everything right. I can't be mad at her. I know my parents won't be mad at me either, they'll understand, I just wish it was different. At least I have my family.

A couple hours later...
Callie and I had been laying in bed together watching our new favorite show for a couple episodes. When s5e11 ended, she sat up and said "we should probably take showers before we take Thea from April and pick up Sofia" she said sadly. I smiled, and got a mischievous thought. I got up and stood on my leg at the side of the bed and said "alright, let's go" with a sneaky smile. She smiled and got out of bed, running to my side to pick me up. She threw me over her shoulder and started to the bathroom, causing me to scream into a laugh. She turned on the shower and put me down and the we rushed to get undressed and got into the already steamy shower. Within seconds, our bodies collided and we began to kiss.

30 minutes later...
Callie and I rushed to the car after letting our shower session run a little long. When we finally got in, we sat for a couple seconds to catch our breath and then instinctually looked at each other. Callie smiled and then asked "so, when's the wedding?" I smiled wider than ever, and it truly felt super magic again.

"Well, I guess we'll just have to figure that out" I responded with a smile. She took my hand and held it on the center console before she began to drive off.

An hour later...

When we went to pick up Sofia, we had already discussed that we wanted to tell her.

We both walked out of the car, leaving Thea in her car seat since she was sleeping and we would only be out for a minute. Before we could even knock, Sofia bursted out of the door and came to hug us, but she stopped in her tracks.
"Mommy, u thought you didn't wear that ring anymore" she remarked confused.

"Uhmmm" Callie started.

"And mama, that looks like your old ring" she remarked again. I repeated Callie's reaction.

"Hey baby, why don't we explain when we get home. Give us a hug, we missed you." Callie said, coming to the rescue. Sofia didn't waste a second before wrapping both of her arms around us tightly.

We walked back to the car and Sofia began playing with Thea's tiny fingers, careful not to wake her, and we made the short drive home.
