Chapter 11: Making of a body, part 2

[Scott's Pov]

Gathering the tools and parts we need, we began to build the bio bot. I first started to engineer the legs of the robot. I sat on the grass of the garden, and I put in parts for the leg as Doctor K sits on the office chair of my computer desktop. My paws are unfortunately big for the tools for the job, putting me in a disadvantage. I attempted to hold a welding tool on my right paw, but the tool appeared to be small on my paw. I looked up at Doctor K. He is looking at me as well.

"The tools are too small for me to use. Can you take over this part so I can work on the Protogen visor?" I asked and he held his right paw on his chin. It appears he's thinking about it before letting go of his chin and giving me a thumbs up on his right paw. "Sure, you can take this seat. Just tell me where goes where." Doctor K stood up from the office chair, but he went to the direction of the Prototype instead towards me. I looked and the Prototype is just watering a Blue Apple tree with Colin and Puro sitting on the grass beside the Blue Apple tree.

I gently stood up from the grass and walked over to my office chair, sitting down before feeling my tail being pushed down. Crap, I forgot about my tail being here. I stood up and I moved my tail to my side before sitting down. Just then I realized that I am able to control my tail temporarily. Interesting. I reached for the box of parts beside my office chair and pulled out a couple of parts. I began to work on the Protogen visor.

I noticed Doctor K returning to the cluttered mess of electrical parts on the grass, this time with the Prototype with him. I turned to look at the two, and they both sat on the grass close to the electrical parts lying on the floor. I turned behind me and saw the white wolf and black wolf playing together. The white wolf is lying on his back, and the black wolf is on top of him. I wonder what those two are up to, and I better look away to give them privacy. I chuckled in my thoughts before turning back to my workspace and focusing on the Protogen visor.

I can hear Doctor K and the Prototype talk as they start on the legs of the bio bot. I realized, this is a fun activity for all of us. Puro and Colin playing together, Doctor K and the Prototype working on the body of the bio bot, and here I am working on the Protogen visor. We can do this everyday.

Monday. Doctor K and the Prototype are able to finish the legs of the bio bot. I am able to lay out the foundation of the Protogen visor. The Prototype watered the Blue Apple trees, and Colin and Puro helped together on picking up the ripe Blue Apples bearing from the trees. Afterwards, the Prototype and Doctor K began to work on the torso of the bio bot. I kept working on the Protogen visor, occasionally leaving the garden to fetch a box of electrical components from my large room and bringing them to my new computer desk.

Tuesday. Working on the Protogen visor, I noticed Doctor K standing outside in the hallway. I stood up from my office chair and hopped across the window, approaching him. Doctor K is leaning against the wall, and he noticed me. "Hey Doctor K! How are you?" I asked and he gave me a nod. "I'm doing alright. The Prototype is watering the trees, and I'm just here waiting for it to finish with the duties." I noticed a bit of dirt smeared on the hems of his lab coat, presumably from him and the Prototype sitting on the grass to work on the bio bot. "Your lab coat is dirty. Do you want me to wash that? I asked without even thinking, and he looked at me before turning his back on me.

"Can you help me take the lab coat off?" He asked and I stepped close to him. I held the back of his lab coat as he takes it off. Holding the lab coat on my arms, I noticed his back and his shoulders. His back is shapely, and they are attractive. Thoughts pass over my head, my gaze fixated on his back. I noticed him turning to look at me before tilting his head slightly to his right. "Do you find my wolf body attractive?"

I immediately felt my visor heat up, and I can imagine the blush my visor is projecting above my snout. I feel my tail wag uncontrollably, somehow excited with the sudden moment. "I-I- I didn't mean to stare at you. I am sorry!" I apologized embarrassingly, and he gave me a chuckle. "It's alright, I don't mind being checked at. We are all covered in fur, so what is there to be ashamed of? Don't go over heat your systems now and crash over my body." Doctor K gave me a smirk and a wink before turning to walk to the hallway. I feel my visor over heat. I could use a bath to calm myself, but Protogen do not submerge themselves in water.

I heard Doctor K call me out, his left paw raised and waving at me. "Can you help me find a spare lab coat around here somewhere?" I gave him a nod and quickly ran towards him. What an embarrassing and awkward moment. In the end of the week, we eventually finished engineering the bio bot. The bio bot is mostly made out of titanium. We left the bio bot standing beside my computer desk, and we all took a rest for the end of the day.
