[K's Pov]
The sudden ruckus of Prima has been very exhausting for us. We thought at first that he will be friendly, but he turned out to be hostile. I turned the office chair to look at the garden room. I see Scott lying on the grass and his head leaned against the wall. Puro is sitting beside him, continuously tending to his abdomen wounds. The black wolf removed Scott's bandages, and the scratch on his abdomen has almost healed. The open wound has been closed, but the scar remained behind.
I see Colin lying on the grass and has his head leaned against one of the Blue Apple trees. The white wolf appeared to be snoring, and is fast asleep. The Prototype stood close to Colin, and is watering the Blue Apple tree next to the one Colin is resting against. Everyone is at peace, for now. I turned my office chair to look at the workshop desk of Scott. A jar of the red latex from Prima's vomit sits on the workshop. I have completely forgotten about this one special latex. I reached out my right paw and held the jar up close.
The red latex appeared to be dormant, and resting. I gently placed back the jar on the workshop desk and turned to look at Scott and Puro. Puro has finished tending to Scott, and he took a glance at me. I raised my right paw and waved at him. The black wolf slightly tilted his head to his right. I motioned my right paw as an invitation, and the black wolf slowly stood up from the grass and approached me. Puro stood beside me, and he pointed his right paw at the jar of red latex. "What is that latex inside the jar?"
"It is the latex that Prima vomited days ago, and the red latex is alive. I want to conduct an experiment about the red latex, but I fear that it will just escape the moment I open the jar. I called you because I want to see if the red latex will react to an opposite latex, like how a white latex will act hostile towards a black latex." I explained as carefully as possible, and Puro gave me a nod before reaching out his right paw close to the jar. Puro's paw hasn't touched the jar yet, and the red latex has already reacted to him.
The res latex moved to the side of the jar where his paw is close at. "The red latex moved! The red latex is enemies with black latex. Did it move on your paw?" The black wolf asked, and I shook my head. "No, the red latex didn't. Prima is able to make red latex on his own by consumption. The red latex reacts on black latex. If my observations are correct, the red latex is a sub species of white latex, and will react similarly to white latex when close to black latex."
Puro pulled his right paw away and he looked at the window, seemingly thinking about something. He then looked at me. "What about the black latex at the tower? Are they going to be safe from the red latex? Should we reinforce the tunnel?" I had my eyes widened in the realization. Prima is sentient enough to question himself and his motives. He could have thought about fighting the black latex instead, knowing what he did to Puro! "Puro, wake up Colin. Let's reinforce the tunnel entrance. Don't wake Scott yet, he needs rest." The black wolf gave me a nod and approaches the white wolf sitting against the Blue Apple tree.
I looked at Scott, and he is fast asleep on the grass. You deserve to rest right now, my close friend. A sudden red latex got tossed into our garden room. I looked at the window and I saw the figure of Prima run towards the other end of the hallway where the elevator is. The red latex on the floor quickly formed into a red latex beast similar to a white latex beast. The facial features of the red latex is missing, and only the ears and muzzle remain.
"Puro! Behind you!" I warned the black wolf, and he turned around to be met by the tackle of the red latex beast. Puro got tackled to the grass, and the red latex beast has his pinned down on the grass. The red latex beast has his arms and hind legs glued to the ground by the red goo. The red latex beast attempted to bite the black wolf's muzzle, but Puro dodged it in time. "I need help! Doctor K! Push the head of the red latex beast close to my muzzle! I need to chew on this."
Without hesitation, I ran towards the two and I smacked the head of the red latex beast with my right paw. The red latex beast flinched, bringing it closer to Puro's muzzle in reach. I sat on the grass as I pant and realized the current situation that Puro is in. Puro appeared to be kissing the red latex beast! The red latex beast appeared to be petrified by his sudden action. The black wolf then pulled away and began biting and tearing the red latex beast into clumps of red latex.
The red latex beast got it's head torn off, and the body quickly shrunk down into a puddle of red latex goo. Puro is quick to chew and swallow, and he scooped up the remaining red latex goo with both of his paws. The red latex is consumed in seconds, and it has found it's faith in Puro's belly. Puro let out a loud burp, and he chuckled. "I wasn't expecting you to kiss the red latex beast like that." I stated and the black wolf shook his head. "Mindless latex beasts often react to a kiss, and even conscious transfurred beasts like us even do."
"Where did you learn that information? I know there isn't a book containing that information around in your library, or as far as I know of." I asked and I noticed Colin standing by the Blue Apple tree behind Puro. Colin looks surprised from the commotion. Either from the fight, or from the kiss. "I learned it from one of your notes, and partly from observations." Puro chuckled, and I pointed at the white wolf behind him with my right paw. Puro turned around and jumps in surprise to see Colin. "Human! I didn't kiss the red latex beast! I tricked it!"
Puro sounds nervous, knowing he made a mistake. Colin, however, gave him a smirk and has his right paw pointing at his muzzle. I noticed the white wolf's tail wagging from side to side excitedly. Realizing what Colin is up to, I chuckled at the two before turning to face the window. The rogue Protogen must be going for the elevator!
