Invisible Eyes.

Sadie's POV:

I frantically grab the passenger door handle, letting myself out so I can breathe some air that isn't just hit. Never would I have thought that would be said. Out loud at-least. I glance at him, running his digits nervously through his silky locks because making eye contact with me. My eyes just can't seem to stay away from his, it's like an addiction.

"W- we're here." He breaks the silence with a nervous smile to follow.

I mimic his actions, walking just close enough to smell his minty scent. God, how I adore the smell. His smell. He steps ahead, opening up the glass door for me to enter.

"What a gentleman!" I exclaim, trying to make an end to the awkward bubble consuming us.

"What can I say Malady." He winks, his steps following closely behind.

The smell of pasta sauce, red wine and freshly baked dough rush through my nostrils. I close my eyes, taking in the beautiful aroma (praying I don't look like a freak). The seats are elegant leather coated chairs, a glossy white table dividing the two along with a candle as the centre piece.

"Can we sit over there, Finnie?" I ask, pointing at the 60's booth style table.

"Yeah, you lead the way." He replies with a soft smile and a hand signal in my direction.

A swarm of butterflies begins to form in my stomach. Even a stupid smile from Wolfhard could make myself go crazy.

I scatter my way through the arrangements of chairs and tables before I finally reach the booth. The soft, black leather covering the cushioned seats and the marble patterned table is a sight for sore eyes. Beautiful. I slide myself in, realising that my stomach is growling from the lack of food in my system.

"Maybe this was perfect timing." I ponder as I picks up the menu.

I can't help but glance at Finn every few seconds. I mean, he's absolutely stunning. His eyes, lips, freckles, cheekbones...

"Earth to Sadie, hellooo?" He giggles as he waves his palm in my face.

I shake the thoughts to the back of my mind, for now anyways.

"S- sorry, zoned out." I cover up with an awkward smile.

"Just can't stop admiring me, I understand." His lips turn into a small smirk, eyes still glued on the menu.

"What! No, no, no." I can feel my cheeks get warm with embarrassment.

"Okay miss rosy." He chuckles, obviously implementing my fiery red cheeks.

A young mad appears at the end of our booth, dressed up in a classy suit.

"Are you ready to order?" He asks politely.

I stare at Finn, wanting him to answer to know whether I should be prepared. I have a couple of ideas, kids Bolognese, kids' pizza...

"Yes, we are, Sade's?" He hands me over the question to fiddle with.

And in that moment, I feel like 200 pairs of eyes are on me. But, one in particular that was causing my skin to shiver. I can't even see anyone whom I should be concerned about in the restaurant so who the hel-

"Sade's, are you okay?" Finn snaps me from my trans in a low, calm voice.

"Uhm, y- yeah sorry. Just a kids ham and cheese pizza." I feel like I'm high on coke right now.

There's something wrong here, so very fucking wrong. I need to get out, just for 2 minutes.

"Hey, I'm just going to pee." I announced quickly before he could ask any questions.

Luckily, the bathroom is directly behind the booth. I slam my hand on the door, pushing it with all my might. A lump in my throat begins to form, the type you just can't swallow. I make it to the female bathrooms, swinging the door open in an instance. My feet direct me towards the mirror, forcing myself to make eye contact with my pale self. My fingers franticly tug through my hair as I try to inhale as much oxygen I possibly could. What the fuck is happening?

"What is wrong with you?" I mumble at my reflection, biting my tongue to try stop the tears.

My ears catch onto the slight creaking of a cubicle door opening. I narrow my eyes, trying to distinguish what female figure will step out, because I'm nosey. But, for some reason, whoever it is will not come out of the cubicle.

"Sadie don't be so nosey!" I mentally slap my hand as punishment for my prying personality.

My feet seem to do more of the walking as I try my best to slyly walk past without making it obvious, I was searching for whom could be in there.

"I know what's wrong with you." A deep voice perks up from the cubicle.

I freeze in an instance, my heart rate now pounding through my chest. The voice sounds familiar, way too familiar for my liking.

"I know exactly what is wrong with you."
