13 -《STUFFED TOYS》

"Miku? Len? You there..?"

Saki walked around the stage, calling out to the virtual singers. She was meaning to ask them for ideas on the next show, but...

"Ugh..." she sighed, "guess they're not here right now. I think. Where would they even go anyway..?"

And so she left to go to the other parts of the sekai, not noticing that she was being followed.

 

As she pulled out her phone to stop the song and leave she heard a voice.

"AH-! WAIT, STAY!"

Said flipped around and let out a small shriek. "Who's there?!"

"Me, me!"

She looked left and right but saw no one.

"Down here!"

When she looked down, a small stuffed rabbit was waving up at her. "Hi, Saki!"

"You can talk! Aw..!" She cooed, crouching down to pet the pink rabbit."I didn't know we had plushies here in the sekai! You're so cute!"

"There's only a few of us!" The rabbit replied, "but don't you rember me?"

"You..." she stood up, the toy in her hands. "You're my old rabbit toy! Oh, I haven't seen you in forever... I didn't know you could appear in the sekai!"

"This place IS made out of your and your friends' feelings! Anything could happen!"

"Of course, you're right..."

"Why were you looking for Len and Miku before?"

"Ah..." she scratched the back of her neck. "I was going to ask them for idea for our next play, but I can't seem to find them."

"How about I help you?"

She shrugged. "I wouldn't mind that. Off we go!"

As their search dragged on, more and more plushies joined their party, and it almost looked as if Saki was leading around an army.

(A soft, small army, anyway.)

"Gah, we've looked everywhere..." she mumbled, "or at least, everywhere we could reach."

"We're sorry, Saki..!" One of the plushies cried out.

"We should've looked harder..."

"Ah, no, no, it's okay!" She said, "you all tried your best!"

"Waah..! Thank you!!"

"You're so kind, Saki..!"

"What's going on here?"

In came a blond wearing a comically large top hat, meaning...

"Len!" Saki exclaimed, "where have you been?

"That's a secret! What did you need me for?"

"Well, I need someone to bounce ideas off of and it's kinda late..."
