Chapter 2

Nandini's pov

I stirred in sleep feeling something on my hand making me open my eyes, I saw ashi holding my fingers and putting them in her mouth making me smile

"Good morning bacha" I said rubbing my eyes open

"Good molning Mumma" she said and my breath hitched

She just no, she couldn't have right, no I am just sleepy she couldn't have called me that ya

"I can call you Mumma" she asked and I rubbed my eyes just to make sure

"You wanna call me mumma" I asked and she nodded vigorously

"Then of course you can baby" I said getting up

"Mumma pretty" she said and I realized I was still in my wedding lehenga

"Thank you bacha, is my baby hungry" I asked

"Yes hungly I want cupcakes" she said making me laugh

"Cupcakes, baby its 9 in the morning,  cupcakes later, how about we make you take a bath and then we can get you something to eat " I said

"Okay but cupcakes" she said and I nodded picking her up from her crib

I walked to the bathroom in her room and put her on the counter

"Brushy time" I said and she frowned

"No no" she wined

"Umm I will get you a chocolate and vanilla cupcake if you be nice and brush" I said and her eyes twinkled hearing that

She grabbed the brush from my hand and started brushing, she is such a good kid, I really love her already.

"Bath bath" she said after brushing

"Yes ma'am lets go" I picked her up and started a bath for her

"Bubbles" she said and I nodded

I looked around and found her bubble soap on the counter so I put that in the water. Once her bath was ready, I put her in the little tub making her smile. She was splashing the water everywhere but I didnt say anything because she was laughing and giggling around

"Baby I think thats enough" I said wiping her face

"Mumma no"

"Please baby, I have to shower too then we can both go get you some cupcakes" I said and she put her finger on her chin thinking about it making me smile

"Okay" she said smiling putting her arms out for me to carry her out

"Come on big girl" I said picking her up form the water

"Mumma so pretty" she said poking my cheek

"Baby its makeup" I said carrying her in a towel to the changing table

"No mumma you are beaut fool" she said making me laugh

"Thank you baby" I said kissing her cheek

"Pink" she said looking at her clothes and I nodded

I put her in a beautiful pink folly dress, she was smiling at me making me smile too, she is so cute, I noticed that she has such beautiful features.

"Baby you know you are gorgeous" I said and she clapped her hands

"Thank you mumma" she said smiling

'Umm ashi so you know where the guest room is" I asked and she nodded

"Would you take me there" I asked knowing my clothes are there

"Yes mumma" she said and I swear her calling me mumma makes my heart happy like really happy
