✨✨✨(Third Person POV)✨✨✨

Sam and Russell give in to their desires, spending the night together in each other's arms. For the first time, Samantha experiences what real lovemaking is. Her feelings for Russell only get stronger, letting her give equal pleasure back to him.

Likewise, Russell becomes turmoil. He had only experienced what it was like to be with other girls through lust and had loved Roxanne truly but never had he experienced what it was like to receive the same affection back.

For the first time, he was experiencing what it was like to have someone genuinely love him, even if they were still too stubborn and confused to admit it.

But their night of passion was only the commencement to many, and it will take a lot for them to stay together, for their troubles were only the beginning.

Craig and Sam's mom would be the least of their problems. Russell had no idea what he was getting into when he decided to apply for Knights Enterprise or accept their sponsorship of his fights.

Craig

I smiled as the landlord finally handed me the keys to my new apartment. It was perfect. Two bedrooms, but I would be using one as a study room and office.

Sam had no choice now but to move in with me. "Thank you," I said as he smiled and patted me on my back.

"I'm sure you and you're future wife will love this place. It's a great neighborhood and just walking distance from the university while you finish your careers," he says with a smile.

"That's why I loved this place, thank you, sir," I say and turn to smile at my mom and Sam's mom. They were both stoked about this place. It was my mom who had helped me find this apartment, and thanks to Sam's mom, we were able to lease it for the rest of the time we would both be in school. But, to be safe, we had placed the place on lease for the next five years.

Sam has no choice but to move here. She has never defied her mother's orders, and I doubt she would start now. And not Russell, or Kim, or anyone will stand in my way of getting her back. She will marry me once we graduate, and I will be taking over both companies once that happens.

"So, what do you think?" I asked Sam's mom as she glanced over the apartment. She looked back and smiled, "I love it. Sam will have no alternative now. I will make sure she never sees that boy again. And it will not be a y longer before I make her stop talking to that brat, Kim."

My mom rolls her eyes at the mention of her name. I do not doubt that Kim is a bad influence on her. But both of them had no idea that Kim was not as poor as they saw her.

In fact, Kim's parents own one of the most prestigious restaurants in all of central Los Angeles, but no one knows about it except for Sam and her dad. Well, and me, of course, since Sam did tell me of this when we were still dating.

Kim's dad came to Julian to ask for his help to start the project. He helped them place the downpayment on the place when they began renting it, which they soon had the business booming, and we're able to buy it. Kim is a nice girl, and her parents have taught her never to show that they have money, to keep a low profile, and to stay humble.

If you ask me, she should be flaunting what she has, be then again; I don't really care. I just want her to stay away from Sam and stop filling her head with stupid ideas.

"The sooner she moves in here, the faster I can get rid of Kim and that boy in her life. Craig," she says as she reaches out for my hand and my mom's.

We hold her hand and smile as Mom's dreams of taking over their business are getting closer. "Once my daughter moves in here, you need to make sure that boy and Kim never step foot inside this apartment. As for that...Russell, I will have to visit him and make sure he stays away for good." she says, making me like the idea.

"What if she refuses to move in with him? How will you get her to comply?" mom asks, a bit concerned, but she clearly underestimates Sam's mom's influence on her.

"Oh, she will move in. Or she will regret it until her last day," she says, giving mom a stern look.

"What about Julian? How will he take it? He seems fond of that boy and," mom adds, getting an irritated look.

"Julian doesn't have to find out. For now, at least," she says, smirking. I like this lady; she'll do a great mother-in-law for the time being until I can get rid of them and take over as proprietor of their company.

God, she's such a pain. But she's the only one with enough influence to get the ball rolling in my plans. I sigh and look around once more.

I walk toward the balcony and smile. It has a grand view of the school from where I stand. And it's the perfect place to be away from everyone and all the chaos. I close my eyes as a cool breeze engulfs me. Things are finally going my way, and it won't be long until I finally get my way.

"How about breakfast? On me." I say as I walk back inside and point towards the door. "Sounds like the perfect plan. I had to skip breakfast this morning to come here with you guys. Oh, by the way, Craig. Julian is planning on going up to the cabin for Christmas this year. We'll be joining Kim and her family, of course, but how about you guys join us? It'll be less boring with you guys there. Plus, you can help me sabotage any ridiculous plans they might have had for this Christmas." I smiled, liking her idea.

"Count us in. We'll be there." mom answered, looping her hand with her. "Great. We'll go over the details once we're at the restaurant. Where would you guys like to eat?" she asks as she walks toward the door.

Mom and I exchange a glance, making her wink at me. There is no doubt things are looking bright. Who knows? Maybe with this new apartment and the Christmas getaway, Sam will realize that this is where she's meant to be. With me.
