Third Person POV

"Mr. Knight, your flight will be boarding soon sir, can I offer you another glass of wine, while you wait?" Caleb looks up at the flight attendant, smiling at her as she holds the bottle of Bordeaux. "Please, call me Caleb," he answers, giving her a wink. He knew she was easily his oldest son's age, but that has never stopped him from messing with a pretty face and curvy body.

She smiles, blushingly, and slowly pours more Bordeaux into his glass flute. "Let me know if I can get you anything else," she says as she walks away, swaying her hips intentionally. He oozed with luxury, and of course, she had to take advantage of the situation.

Before long, they were intertwined. Her legs wrapped around his waist as he sunk deep inside her. The bathroom was far too crowded, but it didn't bother him to pound inside her inside a filthy janitor's closet. It wouldn't be the first time either. He's always had any girl he wants. No one had said no to him. When he was done, he buckled his pants back and fixed his coat back on his body. Took out a few hundred dollar bills and tossed them at her face without a word.

He got out just in time as they began to announce his flight. He boarded the plane and took a seat in first class, waiting to take off.

Once in Vegas, he boarded a private vehicle and made his way to the hotel room. His mind works in evil mechanisms. There were so many things he wanted to do to Russell, starting with making sure he first won his trust. This way- it would be much easier to manipulate him.

I drove down the 160 toward Vegas. It's been a long ride out here, especially since I decided to ride my home all the way down here. I'm freaking tired that even my ass is sore. I should have listened to Uncle Fred and left with them on the train, but yet here I am. A day later, driving the rest of the twelve-and-a-half-hour trip. I stopped midway and had to sleep for a while. It was getting the best of me.

Sam had made arrangements to leave with my uncle and his girlfriend, and it was a good thing. She would have probably hated it by now.

Two hours later, I am finally here. I doubled check the address that Andrew gave me to the hotel he had booked for me and unmounted the bike. I gave my keys to the valet parking boy and made my way inside, calling Sam right away.

As I registered, she came to the lobby and ran to me. I was so nervous but excited to have her here with me. I never thought I would make it to Vegas for a fight. If I'm being honest, I never thought of pursuing fighting as my career. My mind is still set on that internship for Knight's Enterprise. I just know I will get it.

I don't care if the company belongs to my uncle. It gives me a bigger motive to try my hardest. It's a thriving company, and I know my dad would be proud if I joined them, even if they had stopped talking to each other. Whatever differences they had- it has nothing to do with me. I don't want to hold grudges toward anyone. It's in the past.

"Babe, you're here. I am so happy you finally made it. I was so worried." Sam says as she wraps her arms around my neck and kisses my lips. The receptionist smiles as Sam hugs me tightly, making me smile.

"You have nothing to worry about, babe. I told you I would be safe. Where's Uncle Fred?" I ask, looking to the back of her. "He and Phoebe went out for a stroll. They should be back soon," she says as the receptions hand me a key and my identification card back with a smile.

"Enjoy your stay," she says and smiles at the two of us. "Cone on, I'll show you our room. It's beautiful. It's got a great view of the city." she says as I grab my duffle bag off the floor and follow her. She holds my hand dragging me toward the elevator.

"Russell Knight. Just the man I wanted to meet." a dark voice vibrates in the back of us, making us turn.

I stand in shock, seeing a man similar to my Uncle Fred, but with a darker demeanor. He was just a tad shorter and had lighter hair than Uncle Fred. Surely- this was my Uncle Caleb, Dad, and Uncle Fred's brother.

"That's me. Who do I owe the pleasure to?" I reply, making him chuckle. "Right. Let me introduce myself. The name is Caleb. Caleb Knight, I'm the owner of Knight's Enterprise and the father of Andrew Knight. It's come to my attention that you are the man of the night." he says smiling, extending his arm for me to shake.

I shake firmly, making his smile widen. "It's a pleasure, sir," I say, playing it off. Does he really not know we are related? Or could he be trying to pull my leg? Either way, I have a feeling I need to be careful with him.

"Where is Andrew? Is he here with you, sir?" I ask, making his eyes darken. "No. About that. I'm afraid Andrew will be a bit busy from now on with other engagements, I will be taking over your sponsorship. But hey," he says, smiling and winking at Sam. Sam holds my hand tightly, making me know she feels unease as well.

"If all goes well, and you impress me with the fight, you may just get the front seat to that internship you signed up for in my company. What do you say? We got a deal, kid?" he says, extending his hand out. I have a bad feeling about this. Andrew wouldn't just leave without saying a word, he was excited about this fight as much as I was. Something isn't right here, but for now, I have to play along.

Maybe Uncle Fred was right. Maybe Uncle Caleb really is bad news. I have to stay alert and play it cool. I can't let him know I am on to something. I take his hand and give him a tight smile, "Lead the way, Sir." I say, making his smile widen.

"That's what I like to hear. Looks like we are going to get along just fine, son. Just fine." he says, smiling and padding my back.

"Listen, you kids enjoy the rest of your day. Have fun. I will see you first thing tomorrow morning for training. But keep in mind- I am not as easy and lenient as Andy. I'll be tough on you kid. Think you can handle it?" he asks, making me clench my jaw.

This guy obviously underestimates me. He has no clue about my ability. "I sure hope so, sir. I promise I won't let you down." I say, smiling brightly.

"That's what I like to hear. Looks like we are getting along already. Alright, I have to get going. I will see you first thing in the morning." he says as his phone begins to ring and takes the call without a goodbye, turns on his heel, and leaves.

"That was interesting. Why didn't you tell him you know he's your uncle?" Sam asks, hugging me around my waist. I hug her around her shoulders, kissing the top of her head as we watch him exit the hotel. "Not yet. First I need to find out what's really going on. I have a bad feeling Uncle Fred was right, babe. This guy is bad news. Family or not, I need to be careful with him." I say, clenching my jaw.
