Chapter 24

Mad Fights

He started walking towards me and before I knew it, I started to scream. He grabbed me and tried to put his hand over my mouth but I bit him. I tried running away but he grabbed my arm and slapped me in the face. I was shocked. Somehow I was able to break free and I ran as fast as I could until I ran into what I thought was a wall. It was Austin.

"Go inside Destiny. I got this." I looked at Austin's face and this had to be the angriest I have ever seen him!

"No Austin, he might have a gun!"

"GO INSIDE NOW!!!!!" he screamed.

I was so scared, hurt and confused all at the same time.

I started to run inside but I stopped once I heard the sound of a struggle. I turned around and Austin and Jayce were first fighting. I ran inside to get help.

AUSTIN'S P.O.V

I knew what my dad said made Destiny feel bad. I know he didn't mean any harm but I still have to make sure my baby was okay.

"You know I'm gonna go check on Dez."

They all acknowledged that I was leaving and carried on with their conversations. I was halfway down the hall when I heard a scream. I knew it was Dez's voice!

I started to run until I was at the end of the hall. When I got to the end of the hall I saw a man slap her across the face. I was livid and then I realized the man was Jayce.

Destiny managed to break free and she ran right into me. I didn't take my eyes off Jayce for one second. He was dead. I was going to kill him for messing with my girl and fucking with my life!

I told Dez to go inside. Twice. She went inside. The next thing I know I was pounding on Jayce. I punched him in the face twice before he tackled me. He started to punch me in my side and I was able to kick him off of me. Once we both got to our feet, he swung at me but he missed. With him open and his guard down I boxed the shit out of him almost to the point where he was knocked out.

"Don't move! And if it weren't for Destiny, I would kill you!"

He got up slowly and he swung at me but he hit my arm. I felt a sharp pain. I didn't realize until it happened but he pulled out a knife and sliced my arm.

DEZ'S P.O.V

I ran inside as quick as I could to let everyone know what was going on.

When I got inside everyone was laughing as they were seated at the table. When they saw me run in and breathing heavy their smiles quickly disappeared.

"Destiny, what's wrong!?" Callie asked.

"Austin...is...fighting...the...man...who...is...stalking me!"

Once everyone heard what I said, all the guys rushed out their seats and hurried outside. Including Mr. Rivers.

"I'm calling the police!" Mrs. Rivers yelled as everyone ran outside.

Callie came to check on me.

"Are you okay?"

"Yes I'm fine! We have to go outside.

When we got outside, the guys were no longer fighting. Adam and Darnell had Jayce restrained and Jayce and Austin were yelling back and forth at each other.

Spencer and Jeremiah were holding on to Austin. That's when I noticed that Austin was holding his arm and I could see blood.

I ran over to him as quick as I could. Callie tried to stop me but I was too fast.

"Baby are you alright!?" He tried to play it off like he wasn't hurt.

"I'm good Destiny. I'm good. he sounded annoyed with me. I couldn't even blame him all of this was my fault.

What a first impression for Austin's family.
