Emma felt a strong pain in her head as she opened her eyes. She found herself lying on a cold hard floor, not seeing much because of the low lighting. She tried to move her hand, to get up, but her hand were attached. Handcuffs.
" Swan ? " asked a voice that she recognized.
The nightmare. It was getting real. She knew she wasn't dreaming because the last thing she remembered was kissing Killian in the cabin.
" No, no, no. This can't happen, " she muttered.
" Indeed it can, " another voice said. Gold.
" You... You do not do anything to him, " she said in a menacing tone, getting up, even if her head hurt and she had the handcuffs.
" Sorry dearie. I need him. It's the only way you'll listen to me, " answered the Dark One as the lighting became brighter. " You already know how this is supposed to go. I bet you guessed it was a warning all this time, to stay out of my way, "
" What do you want from me ? Why do you want my heart ? " she yelled, furious. She took a step closer but that was it, her feet couldn't move anymore.
" That you already know. It's time for the vilains to get their happy endings and with the savior here, it can't happen. I want your heart, so I can crush it. But, being the savior, you need to let me take your heary and that's why I needed your boyfriend, " said Gold, taking a step closer to the pirate tied to the chair.
" You already had his heart once, you won't take it again. You take mine and you don't touch him, " I replied. " I'll let you in, I'll let you take it, "
" You really do love him, " stated Rumplestiltskin as he walked towards Emma.
" Emma, don't ! " screamed Hook.
" If it's the only to save you and my family, I will do it, " I answered.
" A true hero, " said Gold, annoyed. " Let's just finish with this, savior, "
Emma took a deep breath and suddently felt a strong pain in her chest as Gold grabbed her heart and ripped it out of her. She watched the red glowing heart still beating.
" Emma, please, " sighted Killian, tearing up. He was about to lose her, to see her die in front of them.
" I'm sorry Killian. I love you, " she answered, tears forming in her eyes as Gold started to squeeze. The pain was horrible but in a matter of seconds, it stopped.
" Why can't I- " started Gold and suddently, the handcuffs on Emma's wrists dissapeared and the ropes holding Hook tied to that chair too. He got up quickly and the Dark One took a few steps back.
" Give me back my heart, Dark One, " threatened Emma, holding her hands in the air, ready to use her magic, now that she could.
A red cloud of smoke appeared around Gold as he dissapeared, and the heart fell on the ground. Emma felt in when it landed on the ground, again the pain stuck in her chest. She leaned on the wall, taking deep breaths and Hook rushed to take the glowing red heart.
" Emma ? Are you alright ? " he asked, walking to her. She simply nodded and took her heart. With Killian's hand on hers, she took it to her chest and put it back where it belonged. A second after, they were wrapped in red smoke.
They found theirselves in the sorcers mansion, where Henry and August were watching them.
" Mom ! " Henry ran up to the blonde, running in her arms. " Mom, you're okay, "
" I am, kid, " she sighted. She didn't understand what happened, but she and Killian were safe.
Henry pulled back and Killian grabbed her hand, then got closer to her.
" Told you, Swan. We're survivors, " he whispered.
