27 ; It's Okay

" You'll be fine ? " asked Emma to Henry.

" Sure, mom, " he answered, giving her a hug before going back to Regina. The two of them headed to the mayor's car.

Emma was now holding Killian's hand and facing her parents, but avoiding their look. She did not want to talk to them, espicially after what just happened.

" Emma... " started Mary Margaret.

" I don't want to talk about this, not now, " she replied and turned away. She walked to her yellow bug, followed by Killian. Sitting in her seat, she saw her parents walk away, both sad about what she made them
endure. She did feel bad, but she still needed time to think about all of this.

Killian sat in the passenger seat and before he could say a word, Emma started the engine, which made it clear that she did not want to hear anything for now. However, she felt his worried look on her and it made her feel good in a way, because she knew he really cared about her.

The docks weren't far from where they were. It had became a habit to go there when things did not feel good. When she stopped the car, Emma quickly came out to smeel the fresh air of the ocean. She took a deep breath and walked to the edge of the dock with Killian by her side. He grabbed her hand and laced their fingers.

Emma looked at the horizon for a while but she sensed everything getting more and more blurry. Tears were forming in her eyes as she kept thinking of the fact that she just killed someone, a villain, but yet, she had just ended a life when she could have avoid it.

The pirate turned to face her and pulled her closer. He held her into his arms for a little while.

" You did this to save your boy, Emma. Y-You're not- " started Hook.

" I killed her, Killian, " she stated.

" I know, Swan, but that doesn't make you a bad person. You saved Henry. I've destroyed so much lives and yet, you can see past all of that darkness, right ? " he tried to reassure her.

" I'm just not used to... this. I don't really have darkness left in me, because of what my parents did. It just doesn't fit... I ended her life, " she replied.

" I told you, even heores make mistakes. Being a hero is not doing what's easy, it's doing what's right, " he answered.

" But killing isn't right and heroes don't... kill, "

" Saving Henry was right, " he simply replied. Emma looked at him in the eyes and got her hand to his neck.

" D-Do you see me... well, differently, after what happened ? " she asked, uncertain.

" No, Emma. I told you, I choose to see the best in you. All of this just showed me that you are strong, not weak, not a villain, " he declalred.

She burried her head into his chest and held on thight to him.

" Love, you're alright ? " asked Killian in a sleepy voice when realized Emma wasn't sleeping.

" Yeah, " she lied.

" Come here, "he answered, ignoring her last statement. He wrapped his arms around her body, making her feel the warmth of his. She could feel him breathing in her neck. " Don't worry about what you did, Swan. Everything's gonna be fine, "

She slowly shook her head. He gave her a kiss on the cheek before closing back his eyes and still holding her.

The next morning when he woke up, he found the blonde still sleeping in his arms. He slowly pulled back and took a little moment before getting out of bed, letting Emma rest, because she did need it.

Killian made a quick turn in the bathroom, changed and went to check on the savior, still sleeping. With that, he took his key and got out of his room, knowing she had a key too if anything would happen, but she'd probably be sleeping when he'd come back with breakfast.

He got to Granny's in a few seconds and ordered hot cocoa and pancackes, when someone tapped on his shoulder. It was Mary Margaret.

" Hi, " simply said the pirate.

" How is she doing ? " asked Mary Margaret.

" She's... fine, I guess. Let's say she just has a lot in mind, " he declared and could see that Emma's mother did feel really bad about what she did. " I'm going to try to talk to her, about you and David. I think she just still needs her time, " he added.

" Thank you, Hook, to... take care of her, " Snow answered.

" No problem, " he replied with a smile.

So yeah, I'll give the charachters their happy ending in this story and write a different one about my theory for season 5 :p I've already got the first chapter written, should I post it ? :)
