"Hey, lad, what are you doing here ?" asked Killian that had just gotten to the docks and saw Henry sitting next to Jolly Roger, the book and quill in hand.
"Just thinking. I thought you'd come by and we could go sailing too, if you don't mind," replied Henry.
"I'm always in for sailing," replied the pirate with a smile. "What were you thinking about ?"
"My mom, well... Regina and that book," he stated.
"Is there something wrong ? With your mom, or the book ?"
"No... Yes, maybe. I don't know. Operation Mongoose was about finding the author to write my mom her happy ending, but now she doesn't want me to write it. She said being the author is recording stories, not write them and well... she doesn't want me trapped in a page. I just feel like being the author is a lot," explained Henry. Killian sat next to him pointes the book.
"May I ?" he asked and Henry nodded. The pirate opened the book. On the first page he saw writing and stopped his name and Emma's. He looked at the picture : Emma and him sitting on the couch at the Charmings appartment, smiling at each other. Killian smiled thinking about that day. He turned the page and saw it blank.
"I didn't write anything else," stated Henry.
"Why ?" asked Killian.
"There's just so much tempting. I could make everyone I love happy if I want, maybe try to... I don't know, bring back my dad ? But I can't. I feel like we just write our own story, not the others. This job is just too important, too big," declares the lad.
"Well, I do think you make a great author. Henry, you have always been a hero, a believer. I would probably be back in the Enchanted Forest with Cora if it wasn't of you. I think you deserve it,"
"I think no one should have such a heavy responsability," replied Henry.
"Maybe you could talk about it with your mom when she'll be back with Robin ?" suggested Killian.
"Yeah, I'll see. Now, how about we sail ?"
"Yeah. Let's go lad !"
They both got on the Jolly Roger, prepared everything and floated on the ocean. Henry loved it a lot, maybe more than the sword fighting he had done with Neal or his grand father. He found the sea calming and helpful in moments like this, where his thoughts were haunting him. However, swordfighting was really fun.
"You know that appartment that I spotted with my mom, near the docks ?" asked Henry.
"Yeah,"
"Do you think she'd buy it ?"
"I don't know, you'll have to ask her. But I really hope so," said the pirate.
"I'd love to live with you and my mom. Espicially in those times because it's not always so fun at home, because my mom's angry at her parents... you know,"
"Yeah, I know. I'll try to talk to her when she'll come back. She wil forgive them, don't worry," said Killian.

I really like Henry and Killian's relation so yup, decided to make a chapter about it :)
